"Easy and Productive Incentive Platform"

What do you like best about Karrot?

I had recently encoutered interaction with this Platform through Cohesity's partner incentive program and let me tell you that this is great , easy to use and very productive incentive platform. It gives you so many incentive options and their catalog is huge, like you can redeem almost every category.

Their support team is above to the mark as well, i had hands on experience where i need to open a support case (it was very simple) and their team responded and gave me solution. Liked it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Karrot?

There's not much to address here to be honest but if i would suggest that their SLA for delivery of the vouchers takes kind of long. Also, if they can add support case #, that would be great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy place to buy and sell"

What do you like best about Karrot?

Great UI/UX that supports consumers like me to easily snap a picture of what they want to sell or buy. While there are similarities to competition like FB Marketplace I think the best part about this is that it incentivizes customers to sell by giving out gift cards for Starbucks. It also helps support charitable causes, and rewards customers who put the mist uploads through Amazon gift cards or others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy access to sonos portal for rewards"

What do you like best about Karrot?

quick and easy access to the benefits from the sonos dealer program. With Karrot rewards it is easy to get your customers the rewards they deserve. Highly recommended. I am thinking about implementing a rewards program at my company and I think Karrot might be the solution we are looking for. What do you dislike about Karrot?

That the verification emails took a while to come through but the overall functionality of the program is great. I'll continue to use the program for my rewards. The sonos portal currently offers a limited amount of rewards available. It would be better if it had links and information to the specific products offered instead of mainly showing the coupon code to use when you decide to make an order. It also shows links to products that are out of stock and aren't available and do not seem like they will become available in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karrot solving and how is that benefiting you?

it allows me to easily find discounts from the sonos program. I will continue to access the portal to utilize the sonos rewards program and easily access benefits. These benefits could be expanded to show more offerings to give a better example of the features and what Karrot can really do. I would love to learn more about the platform in order to consider it for our own rewards programs. What do you like best about Karrot?

Karrot helped me get a great price on two SONOS One Gen 2 speakers, which I Iove! They sound great in my kitchen and bedroom. SONOS speakers work well with my wifi network and voice command. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can't pass up a great deal!"

What do you like best about Karrot?

I like that I can get a great discount on a product I use regularly. I am also better able to learn about the products since we are a reseller. This program is able to verify my employment here and then give me a nice discount so that I can test out products and give my customers a better experience. What do you dislike about Karrot?

The verification process takes a little bit of time which can be frustrating. Also, I need to remember and activate a separate set of credentials before I can use the rewards. This can get confusing as I have forgotten my Karrot credentials a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Karrot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The difficulty of obtaining products I need to use to perform my job is perplexing. The cause is strictly due to expense. Why should I pay more to learn about the products I am trying to sell for my employer?
