It is simple to get into and understand.

There are are few challenges, but overall it is quite simple to input a deal into the system and the automated sign off proceedure works well.

The waterfall rebate agreements could be easier to input as they are where it is not intuitive

From Contract Management to Rebate Management it is tying both streams together.

**What do you like best about Enable?**

Enable was able to develop a system for Cashbuild to assist with the funcunality of the following request:

*  Automate calculation of all GRN's on Real Time.  By doing so assisting with the forecast of what is expected at month end cashflow.
* Forecasting, assisting with planning and decision making of what cashflow that may be expected.
* Automated reporting
* Intergrating - Faster and not manually.  All automated which assist with the intergration with a faster turn around time.

The system is very user friendly, we had to request for some changes, after proper training provided by Enable (Training manual) this was no issue to use.

Due to the Enable system we can now make use of it daily, or when required to give us a more accurate rebate number.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

Customer Support is a issue when trying to deal with any issue that may occur, this is due to timezone differces.

**What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enable has addressed a lot of Cashbuild challenges.  

1.  Accurate calculaiton.  Calculaitons were based on header level.  We did not drill down to what should be calculated and what should have been ignored.  Enable system has now gone done to SKU level, calculating only rebates on the actual SKU that is needed.  Therefor no more adjustments.
2.  Invoices were missed due to Cashbuild "Month End" Cut off.  The system that Cashbuild had in place would not pick up these missing dates and therefor we lost income.  Where as Enable can cater for these missing dates.
3.  Faster Intergration. Enable is based on Real Time.  This assist us with getting a forecast of the rebates at any point of time.  Where as we would have not have to with the old rebate system.
4.  Manual reporting, Enable is now able to asssit us with automated reporting.

Customer service is fantastic. 24/7 support. The time we save by using enable allows us to hyper focus on our customers and evaluate other aspects of the business.

Nothing - I stand by Enable and would pick them as the experts in their field everyday.

Tech is expensive, Enable is the number one rebate management company in the world. We rely on them to do our reporting and trust the accuracy. We were very manual before with hundreds of thousands of customers that took 3-8 weeks to do. Enable does that in a click of a button.

The terms section for the agreement generation is simple to use, but just needs to laid out in a cleaner format.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

The system is not built for high level rebate forecasting, there is lots of duplication and double counting.
The executive summary has no way or reporting YOY comparisons at program line level.
The earnings are not rounded to the correct number of decimal places and uses a '.' instead of a ',' ,they round up or down by £500 if lower than £1,000 or £500.
The program lines are clunky to set up and you have to remember all of the different steps to allocate them, they should just be created when in the program line and allocate automatically when you are in the specific suppliers trading program.

Disconnects between conversations had pre sales re: feasibility / addressability of tasks and the reality in post sales implementation - specifically in relation to harmonisation and cleansing of our masterdata.

**What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual, time consuming, risky manual capture, collation and calculation of rebate income across all suppliers and markets in our estate.

Utilisation of the platform automates significant workload and introduces third party (supplier/wholesaler) verification of rebates, improving our control environment significantly. It will also significantly reduce our month end close timeline and allow us to move the focus of the team away from rebate administration to rebate value capture through smart analytics.

**What do you like best about Enable?**

Simple and easy-to-use platform/UI. However, it can handle all the complexities of rebate calculations behind the scenes.
Having researched a number of rebate management solutions, we felt that Enable was the most advanced and best suited to our needs.
Implementation was all planned out by the Enable onboarding team. It was completed on time, with help and support from the onboarding team at every step.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

In the past, having more customisation with regards to reports and data exports was a downside. However, we've just signed up to their advanced reporting module, which should give us everything we were previously missing... and more!

**Recommendations to others considering Enable:**

Excellent rebate management system. It saves time and allows us to stop worrying about rebates and start looking at how we can use them to maximise revenue.

**What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to engage with our customers regarding rebates and to approve agreements online easily, via the platform. It is capable of handling complex rebate structures, which was the downfall of our previous system. It does all this automatically, realising significant time savings. Automation of upload files was straightforward to implement, and the system just works!

i am just getting starting with Enable, and I am very excited to see how easy it is to use and how it will help me pay rebates faster and more accurately.    I am excited to see how others in my organization feel about it.

Right now I am still learning, so I still don't know how everything works.  I wish the rebate program lines could have effective dates at the customer level.

all our rebates were calcuated manually and if a rebate program changed from a prior year, i couldn't necessarily use the same file format for the next year, which meant i was starting from scratch.   Complicated programs were hard to calculate. So far i have been able to set up everything in enable even if it's complicated.

The only downside is the effort it takes to convince our trading partners to use the Enable product, but once they do, they quickly see the benefits to the program.

The people!  They supplied us with team members that knew their stuff.  They listened to everything we had to say and then advised us on the best way to handle our needs.  Once requirements were agreed upon and the implementation approach was aligned amongst the team members, we moved right into build and the system value was immediately recognized.  Any time we had to revisit a topic, they were always patient and understanding until our team members understood the process.  We met nearly ever week, reviewed features, and the team found the processes to track and manage rebates easy to understand and follow.

Would like to see a full set of API's to use for integration; however, we were able to take advantage of exports to accomplish what we required.

From what I have seen so far, its the ability to create new rebates terms, have these checked and signed off by another team member and then send them to the customers for signature.  All this is tracked and visual.  No more looking through sent emails to ensure you'e sent them or chasing your custoemr for signed copies.  All the info is in one place and easy to read.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

Had a few problems with reports not picking up end of month invoices or credits.  Struggling a bit to get started, as training could have been better - it was too fst and I've not beenable to play with a demo system to practice what I've learnt.  Why don't Enable create a sandbox environment for us to test our skills before we are let lose on the live system?

The Enable system is very different to what we are currently using, which is manual calculation, and Enable ensure all users are trained to use any part of the system they need/want to. 

There is no onboard and leave you to your own devices, Enable are always checking in and making sure we are comfortable and happy with the service and are able to implement bespoke changes that suit our company.

During the onboarding there is system configuration and data entry that needs to be done.

 As a busy company fitting this work in can be difficult. We have set the time aside for it though as in the long term Enable will save us time tenfold the amount we had to put into it.

**What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The manual calculation of rebates is a very time consuming job at the end of each month, quarter and year. Enable not only gives us this information seamlessly but will notify us when customers have exhausted their rebate tiers, are close to hitting a tier and gives us the tools to amend and sign off agreements more effectively.

Enable when set up correctly gives a good deal of flexibility in terms of inputting the deals.
It is one of the more intuitive options in the market place so far.
The key is in the set up and this needs to be looked at from all angles within the business and not just a Financial one.

Knowing the options, there are most things able to be done using the system, but to find out you have to ask.
Better ability for people to know how to implement options onto the system.

**What do you like best about Enable?**

The simplicity in creating agreements and workflows and the auditing around the process. This has meant switching from the previous process has been easier to establish within the business and have achieved more engagement around it specifically on the customer agreement side.
The implementation into our core data has been challenging but the assitance from the support team on Enable's side has meant there is a working solution relatively swiftly in most cases.
There are enopugh features to cover off every style of rebate that's been thrown at it if anything more than we are familiar with so should cover us off for anything in the future.
Software is used daily and is fast becoming the main point to resolve issues around rebates within the business removing pinch points with internal applications that were used previously.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

The integration has not been seamless and is still being worked on, there are improvements being delivered frequently that are improving this, most of the issues we're facing are around sheer volume of data being exchanged between our systems and Enable systems. This means we're not yet fully integrated but we are now close.
It would be good to be able to see all of the transactions that are driving aspects of deals that are not rebate earning.

Rebate management and interrogation from start to finish. With the software any user with the relevant access is able to answer any queries or check any accruals without the need for a 'sepcialist' to be involved. This is creating greater visibility into the number of agreements and the ways they are structured and targetted which in turn assists in better commercial decisions.

Dealtrak is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate, and anything you;re unsure about, they are always willing to provide clarity.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

We import our data with GRN and Purchase Invoice numbers,but there's no option to include them when running a report.

**What problems is Enable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we were calculating rebate before didn't alow us to factorin in a rebate group more than once. meaning we could calculate for the main part of an agreement, but couldn't calculate for things like Growth and Marketing elements. With Enable we can factor in all of these elements and get a much truer picture of our rebates.

I really like how thorough the system is. It seems like Enable has thought of every instance we could think of for rebates. The way the system is setup makes it very dynamic and compatible with our data. The implementation team is also great to work with!

I can't really think of any major downsides.

We have some very complex rebate structures that used to require a lot of manual processes and spreadsheets to calculate. Enable is helping to automate that so we can focus on other areas of our job.

The ability to track incentive programs and being able to forecast what your earnings. In addition, building your own advance reports customized for your needs only.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

Data sits with Enable and as a company you have no access to it. In case you discontinue the relationship, all the historic data is gone. 
Collaborator portion for signing agreement has limitations and allows only one part to be able to edit the agreement.

Rebate visibilty and being able to track incentive programs. We're able to hit next tier rebates for multiple suppliers.

If everything worked with your data import and all the data was in a condition that Enable could read it, then its going to present it in such a way that will be helpful.

Customer support is limited, as its a software as a servcie, its farly inflexable, so you have to hope your back office system spits out the data in a format it can cope with.

That the contracts are stored in Enable and are completed digitally.
They can compute tiered rebates as well as regular rebates.
They can run sales rebatable reports for us.

Not being able to have any duplicate ID's or names, we have multiple divisions, so we had to adjust slightly to make our data work best.

Enable is solving our biggest problem which is not having a software to calulate rebates with currenlty everything is done manually by me and we have a lot of different contracts so it takes a lot of time, Enable is also going to be helping reduce the room for error.

The people who help with on-boarding and success. They have been incredibly engaged and helpful since we started. We use the program daily and its very helpul from a fiancne perspective for our busienss as well. The implementation of the program was smooth and steady as well. A huge success so far for us.

Some minor changes to the interface would be nice for ease of infromation but otherwsie they have been great.

The whole processs about set up the tools, creating rules, upload files are quite time consuming, confusing and in the end we didn't trust the output was right

- None that comes to mind, the team has either already thought about or is in the process of creating every feature that our business needs to operate a world-class rebate management program

- A key business risk with an outdated rebate management platform that was no longer fit for purpose & was breaking down for the business. 
- Significant manual workarounds that were created in order to keep up with the demands of the business - which were ofcourse susceptible to human error as they were all via spreadsheets & manual workings. 
- Key Supplier partners complaining about inefficient processes & cumbersome templates that needed to be completed every month; i.e. there was friction/administrative burden in dealing with our business. 

All of the above problems heve not only been mitigated/solved, but the Enable platform has also identified further ways to add value to our business both internally & to our key external stakeholders as well.

The ability to have all the information I need for rebates in one click. The simplification of our rebate process, as well as the ability to actually evaluate and dissect if rebates are achieving the behaviour we want it to drive.

There is a few areas of the system which can improve for instance, adjustments for under accruals.  Also, if Enable could have something which would show the potential impact / future margin gains on products we sell through rebates. Being able to see which products are doing well and if we could grow through rebates.

We have just implemented the rebates onto the system, and it should solve the need for admin intervention. But the value-adding areas will be the evaluation of the rebates as well as allowing us to see where we could gain more margins.

Allows me to review all rebate agreements in the platform and allows me to scope areas or risk and opportunities in our income streams. Software is user friendly and has saved me so much time! gives the business an insight of our earnings and where we may potentially miss out on deals.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

Needs more refinement in key areas when it comes to conditonal formatting and creation of new mechanisms. Would prefer if the user can create custom reports instead requesting the team to create one.

Allows me to look at all of our agreements and analyse which areas have we maximised our growth and which areas are we lacking in. The software has allows us to be reactive rather than proactive and make better commercial decisions.

Enable has been flexible during negotiation and implementation. They have also been willing to back up their product with a free trial to prove performance. The tool seems to be flexible enough to allow adjustments to calculate all our rebate programs/agreements.

Not able to answer this question at this moment. For now, there is nothing to complain about the tool.

We currently have various rebate programs with different suppliers. Each of those programs has different calculation rules, which makes it very cumbersome to calculate with Excel.
The goal is to use Enable to automate rebate calculations and assist in forecasting to allow us to take as much advantage of those rebate programs as possible.

The fact that all supplier agreements have been loaded and accurately reflect what we should be entitled to and when.

As much as I understand the sign offs required, I felt that to be unneccary in most cases. It would be useful to have the option here of activate all and approve all. I would also like for the dates to stay in place when selecting transaction reports. I typically run reports by quarter which always need me to add the dates everytime I run the report

Supplier rebate % accurately logged and hence calculations are reliable. Simple transaction import is great.

Their customer service is top notch.  Any snags we had during the process so far were immediately attended to and the assistance provided was always spot on and very helpful.

So far, there hasn't been anything about Enable Rebate Management that we have had any issues with.  We haven't completed the on-boarding process, but the preliminary testing with what we have submitted turned out very helpful.

Giving us a platform to track our Rebates/Co-op/Marketing dollars from our suppliers.  We attempted to track everything with several different people using several spreadsheets, and not always having the cross-over needed to ensure everything was complete.  This will be a one stop platform that anyone can jump into and see where we stand throughout the year.

On our team I am responsible for editing the data calculations in enable and comparing them to with our vendors data with payments.  I love how I can pull different reports and drill done to a line item.

**What do you dislike about Enable?**

I don't have much experiance with Enable and didn't receive training.  Most of what I know is just trial and error.  However, I am excited about the learning university.

I currently do not have any issues that Enable is helping me with.  I am new to the product and still learning how it can help me.  But I am excited about all the new things coming out.

The team at Enable have made the transition from legacy systems and excel to the Enable platform a large part of the success story. Enable has given us greater flexibility over how we can support our customers in sharing value through the supply chain creating revenue generating opportunities for ourselves and our end partners. It has allowed us to have one version of the truth, with enable the single source of data we hold on customer rebates. The ability to forecast allows us great transparency for financial planning.

The Enable platform is still within in relative infancy from our perspective which means it goes still have some early stage opportunities to develop. Specifically around speed of processing at month end. The Enable team though have moved significantly to support this and we see improvements month over month.

Enable is allowing us to create better, more innovative deals with our customer base that previously we couldn't cope with at scale. It is allowing 20,000 customers to potentially have individual rebates tailered to there business that drives value for both customer and our business.
