**What do you like best about Meadow?**

I use Meadow for work, and it's great compared to other retail backend systems. I find its easy-to-use interface and the ability to apply and create discounts on both the sales side and the backend really valuable. The onboarding process for new employees is easy, and I appreciate the fast response times from customer support whenever I need assistance. The 'metrc' function is something I use the most because it helps me easily find specific packages in our system, which is crucial since I work in a fast-paced environment. The initial setup was super easy and efficient, and overall, Meadow works great for us. I'd rate my likelihood of recommending Meadow a 10 out of 10 without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Sometimes on the retail side, when a product is not transferred to the correct location, the system says 'unable to complete transaction due to out of stock product.' It would be more helpful if it specified the specific packed UID numbers of the products hindering the transaction, as it currently only states the product name.

Meadow simplifies origination for retail backend systems, has an easy-to-use interface, and applies discounts smoothly. It features easy onboarding and fast support. The 'metrc' function saves time by locating packages quickly, crucial in a fast-paced environment.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

I like how easy Meadow is to use and how efficient it is, whether I'm looking up an item or scanning out items during sales. It helps me look up items swiftly, see how many I have in stock, and facilitates transactions. I also appreciate being able to compare sales numbers with other bartenders. The initial setup was pretty easy; I could create an account and password with no hassle.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Sometimes it lags but I feel like that's more of a Wi-Fi problem. Or sometimes I have to double scan an IG to scan in my patient.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Meadow to manage transactions, look up and scan out inventory, and keep track of stock both on the floor and in the back.

I love the way Meadow works and don't feel it needs improvement. It helps me find products and is useful for closing the store. When I have to close out registers, it provides me with the information I need about sales, allowing me to finish quicker. The initial setup was quick and fast.

It seems like we are laking some of the features our last and more expensive point of sale had. For myself when inputting orders if product is inactive I would like an option to upadte that there. There are a lot of steps at POS.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

During the process of looking for a POS system when I met with Meadow, I knew this would be the right company for my business.  During our inital call, I didn't feel rushed.  Thier professionalism, compassion for the industry, faith in their products, willingness to go the extra mile is beyond compare.  The dedication with open communication during the months it took me to make a final decision was top notch!  The entire process seems rather smooth!  The night before we opend for sale the meadow team worked long hours to make sure that everything was just right for our soft opening!  Their platform is so easy to run!  Everything is right at your finger tips!  Reports, implementing discounts, easy insights to view sales, everything you need to be successful with running your business!     
I am so glad I choose Meadow because so far everything has been so effortless!  Every member I have had communication with has been amazing!  Customer service skills on point along with their response time to any questions you may have!  Choose Meadow for your POS you won't be disappointed!

Tax updates! Meadow makes it very easy to update taxes and ensures we dont get in trouble. They also make it extremely easy to keep inventory accurate.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

It might be easier to say what don't I like about Meadow as the list of likes is far too long.  Let's start with the team. 
Every single employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with from an engineer to sales to all the way up the chain to the ceo, has all been exceptional and memorable.  A lot of core memories have been formed by Meadow as a whole.  The number of features they currently have and the features that are constantly being worked on in the pipeline are extraordinary.  Support is stupendous, and just the ease of use for the employees is bar none.  I've had the pleasure of implementing Meadow into multiple locations and multiple different companies.  Each and every single one of those businesses still continue to use Meadow to this day.  There is a very good reason for that.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

The ONLY thing could be viewed as negative is not having an abundance of specials / discounts being able to be created but that is going to be a non-issue coming up soon as there have already been meetings had with what is in the current pipeline for Q3 / Q4.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Biggest one is closing out properly at the end of the night.  Have never had an issue with Meadow, unlike a lot of the other cannabis POS.  The ease of use, the fact that they use the same servers that Uber / Lyft use means I cannot recall a situation where the Meadow servers have been down.  

Did I mention the ease of use??  Because that is one of the biggest things that pops up into my head whenever the topic of Meadow comes up.  Not just for the associates but in terms of data that one can comb through to see how the business is doing each and every day is refreshing.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

It rarely has glitches, tends to operate pretty smoothly. Lauren has been absolutely amazing with any questions and has been the most helpful rep so far.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

There are a few annoying quirks. It's weird you have to enter a drawer amonut before the drawer has been counted. When items are out of inventory, sometime it won't tell you until AFTER the transaction has been rung up. This is especially an issue when using debit, as you are prompted to enter the last 4 of the card/transaction number before the system gives you the notification. Usually, this can be adjusted by fixing a batch issue, but occaisonally we are out of the product and have to find an item of a simialr price to substitute it with. 

When closing a drawer, cancelled sales and adjusted drawer balances appear in the total amount of sales, resulting in drawers appearing as being off when they aren't. Returns and exchanges give us some inventory issues, and Meadow does not allow us to return a product to inventory that has been rung up on a sale (even if it hasn't left the store). Cash back is also not reflected in sales although it includes it on the receipt.

They usually are good with working us with any issues.

My team and I have been using Meadows for over 10 yrs.  The platform is user friendly and their team is always there to help.

We are hoping to use their text marketing campaign when they bring it back.

They are always available with any issues we have with receiving products/packages  from metrc. They make the process quicker and efficient, as we do not have to reach out to the metrc team if we encounter and problems.

Meadow's intuitive design leads to easy navigation by customers on kiosk mode and makes training budtenders so much easier.  Running of the digital menu allows us to maximize floor space and workflow effiency.

Meadow system is great on the way of keeping inventory tracking and the reports are amazing. Weedmaps integration is definitely a plus when it comes to updating the active inventory for customers. Purchasing orders became way easier with the new update of when you start it, the product is already there. Whenever I have a question, they are always a few minutes from answering which is the best part of it!

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

When creating purchase orders, if you do it from the left menu Metrc > Incoming transfers > 3 dots > Create Purchase Order from Transfer you got to make sure to have created the Vendor profile before assigining products or when you add it, you'll have to redo the whole thing.

I've used other POS System in the past and have always had problems with numerous parts of inventory, reports and tracking system. Meadow have all tools and support needed to fix any problems you may face in the business.

I've been using meadow for the past 2 years and i've also used other pos systems like treez, and there is no looking back. i also love how fast and supportive the team over at meadow is whenever i would run into issues. i also appreciate all the feedback we give to them actually get implemented.

right now i would say the discounting can use some tweaking to make it easier on the checkout process but from what i heard an overhaul is coming soon.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

I really like that if I have a question the staff responds quickly in the Chat. Also, there are many solutions to any questions that I can find in their help section. It has everything you need, from Inventory to product searches, to customer information. I am 71 and I find it very easy to use.  I use it every day from 10 AM to 9 PM.   It integrates wonderfully with OnFleet, our payment systems, and Weedmaps. We also use it to decide which products to purchase, and which marketing strategies work.  The texting system is a great tool, so it helps us with implementation of these systems.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

I would like it if it synked with Leafly like it does with Weedmaps. Also, it is hard that we can't text about weed, but that isn't Meadows fault. I also do not like having to do the ledger, but that als is not Meadows fault.

Meadow is helping us getting more customers with their targeted texting system.  It alss has a fantastic inventory module that allows us to stay compliant and to easily track inventory.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

Meadow has a simple user friendly platform, things like the insights tab on the dashboard that allows you to toggle through sales statistics for x periods of times is helpful in determining revenue trends. Maneuvering around their dashboard is intuitive and laid out in way that does not hide important features.

While using Meadow daily for several years now we still typically run into some questions and the support chat has often been helpful for resolving issues and answering simple questions. Earlier this year we started working closely with Meadow on menu updates and had been in contact with Jordan who was helpful, we were able to reach out for any urgent needs through the phone which is not an option that Meadow provides support through currently. We really appreciate Jordan's efforts to assist us and we try our best to only reach out via phone in the event of an urgent need or emergency.

It is also worth noting that we have a secondary business that intially tried a new venture partnering with Blaze, and Indica Online before switching to Meadow. We spent a great deal of time and money looking for a "better" point of sale system and what we learned was : even if a POS system has offers many bells and whistles and promises you the world - it does not outweigh the importance of functionality and competent customer service. Now that we have overcome hurdle of testing out new systems and reintegrating the menu a third time we are content with our partnership with Meadow and are looking for to an advanced future.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

One of the few things I dislike about Meadow is the lead time on the follow through of larger feature requests. Currently the way our business highlights our deals it requires us to do a significant amount of manual changes on the back end in order for the deals to be displayed properly on our website. While there are current changes being made to the discount system that I am looking forward to, it has taken quite some time to get to this point. I recently met with some of Meadow's representatives and have been assured that this project is being worked on and that they have taken my feedback into consideration so I am staying optimistic.

Two other items that I think would improve Meadow's backend user and customer experience are : 

Customer Support Phone Line : Open during business hours for immediate assitance in the event of any system failure to dire need of Meadow's solutions. 

Referral Program : A system that is user friendly for Customers to refer their friends to X Cannabis Business and Receive Y benefit while the prospect who was referred receives Z benefit on their shopping at the business for the first time.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The current discount feature is currently being updated and this will be a huge benefit to my overall workflow.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

I have been in the cannabis industry for over a year and a half now. I moved from a Patient Educator position to the role I am currently at which is Inventory Manager. I am so grateful that Meadow was my first exposure to cannabis business software. It is easy to use, intuitive and incredibly expansive. It has such a wide variety of tools from being able manage: customer profiles, purchasing orders,  sales orders, online orders,  budtender metrics. Meadow is truly a reflecting pool. You get out of it what you put into it. 

The online help portal has been extremely helpful as well. Being able to search by keyterms and being given video and articles on how to troubleshoot is such a great tool.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

There are so many intricacies behind meadow that sometimes it is a little overwhelming. And alot of these tools are designed for much larger scale operations but I do manage to find specific use cases here at our one Shop.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I stepped into the Inventory Manager position with no prior experience but I am an incredibly hard worker. So if I have the tools made available for me to teach myself processes and systems, then I will exceed beyond.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

Meadows is great for many reasons. It has one of the most user friendly softwares and I'm often surprised at how easy some aspects are to use. There is extensive data collection and analytics that most platforms do not have. Organized website and POS application, makes it much easier and faster for new members to understand. Ability to categorize and be very detailed in the organization of the POS systems makes it very helpful in store. Acess to multiple interfaces of the system at the same time are also incredibly helpful. Adding members to the organization is incredibly easy and fast. The team at Meadow is so great. They are fast, helpful, and thorough in their answers. I have alwasy been able to resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Is often slow or lagging when used on a desktop or mobile phone website rather than an iPad app. The amount of data does clearly make an impact on the usability of the website. No point in having the extensive searches if each letter I type takes 13 seconds to appear in the search bar. Sometimes this does have to do with internet connection but more often than not it doesn't. Some needed data or actions are not yet available to organization admins; I highly suggest displaying or being able to acess the admin that created or edited products, exactly like a purchase order or regular order. Also a more simple way to discount invoices when recieving them, possibly like the shipping & handling box but for a credited amount isntead of an additional one.

Inventory discrepancies for theft or metrc/ distributor issues. Benefits us in the obvious way of saving us money and problems with staff or govenrment should we get a BCC audit or code enforcement insoection.

Reporting is super easy, As well as putting in a order the process is so simple and fast. Never used a P.O.S that operates quickly. As well as managing Delivery Ledgers its so amazing. Their help center is always there from 9-5 and really is there to walk you through the system. I use Meadow 24/7 since i been working in the Industry! Meadow also intergrates really well with Onfleet, Weedmaps and now with the use of intergrated debit payments its super easy for debit cards to be used. Setting up Meadow was so fast too the team is really hands on in getting your system set up.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

The least helpful thing that i experienced with meadow is just the sorting through inventory besdies filtering. I would love to be ablet o make a filter and sort through it.

Meadow is solving the problems of accurate reporting in cannabis and also delivery ledgers making it super feasible and helping Retailers stay in compliance with all the updates on Regulations.

I like that you that you can lookup any product on the fly by typing a part of the product or brand name and it auto populates. I also like how you can see customers past purchases very easily.

That once an order is pushed through, you cannot alter the order or add/remove promo codes. Sometimes customers change there mind or don't have enough cash at the very last step and it can take some time to fix the issue.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

The overall functionality of the software is excellent!! From training videos to live customer service agents, & the ability to create reconciliations directly from the backend of the software instead of constant Metrc login and fixes like other POS systems require. This is my fourth year using Meadow, and I honestly can't see myself enjoying any other Cannabis software.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Time frames for loyalty points would make my life so much easier!! Other than that all of the other features are superior compared to other POS systems insights and reporting data.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Meadow is always a step ahead in my opionion. For example, when it comes to the CDTFA and the Cannabis Excise Tax collection change from vendor to retailer, Meadow had prepared a report knowing this change was coming. That report made filing SO much easier on my end. Meadow offer's more than just POS customer service and insight and truly care that the retailer is getting the most for their money by investing in their platform.

Meadow inventory for cycle counts is the cleanest platform I have experienced. I utilize the live chat button frequently & I appreciate how quickly a real person responds. The layout of the website on both the administrative & POS side are clean and easy to understand. Training is simple for new employees & the videos provided are amazing. Keep killing it, Meadow!! (:

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

I wish there were a feature to allow "happy hours" or designated time frames on the loyalty point section. There are window time frames for deals, and the loyalty program should be set up similarly. I have requested this edit since using this platform at FTTP; I stopped by the booth at H.O.F this last year and spoke to Jordan about adding this feature too. Hopefully, it comes down the pipeline so we can offer double points in the morning or slower parts of the day again.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cycle counts in real time that allow us to see what has sold and how to properly track the package from the point it was accepted by intake from moving from back room to sales floor. Other POS systems have faulty cycle count options that don't allow their softward to communicate with Metrc in real time.

Our experience with Meadow has been absolutely amazing. The support team is the best! They are always happy to help with anything you might need.

in 3 years of using Meadow I have no complaints or issues with the sysytem.

The system has just about every feature you would need and possibly some that you didn't realize would be helpful until you use it. We switched to Meadow almost 3 years ago, the support team made the trasnition as smooth and seamless as possible, they were there every step of the way. Compliance with the tight and ever changing regulations in the cannabis industry can be challenging, but with Meadow, it's easy. They're on top of everything. Any information you could possibly need is available through reports (which are generated quickly). You can easily track inventory, quantity, value, location. Tax reporting is almost too easy using Meadow. Meadow's support team is amazing, helpful and you'll never be left hanging. They're there for you whether you have a question, made a mistake that you need to correct, or just have a suggestion. There isn't anything a competitor could come up with that would convince me to use any other system.

I think  meadow is is pretty intuitive, simple and easy to use. Any time we have questions or need support it is easy to find or available by chat or phone.

Integrations with weedmaps (probably a weedmaps thing) when a customer tries to order more items than are availble in stock, the order just doesnt go over to meadow and no indication is given to the customer as to why they can't place their order.

Meadow allows the customer to see all the products on our menu and shop.  Easy to shop by catagory or use filters for customers to find what they are looking for. To check out with options for cash or card.

I love that Meadow is user-friendly. I never had a difficult time understanding Meadow. Everything is organized within its category to locate better what you need to use. I love all the reports I can pull up.

I feel like more needs to be added to the inventory products section. I wish there were a way to filter by brand besides a category. I feel like that would be super effective. I also wish there was a way to see when an admin edits anything regarding products,orders, or anything on Meadow. Sometimes things get changed, and it would be helpful.

Meadow is continuing to make the site more user-friendly. I genuinely believe that you guys listen to our concerns and find ways to meet our needs as users. I love how yall listen.

Easy to understand. Simple interface and POS displays. Reports can be generated with little know how and easy-to-use data. Live updates with METRC and no more having to double check that sales are being updated to METRC.

No way to check to see when or how products profiles are being changed. I.e. making them inactive or deleting products out of system. It would be nice to run a change report to see which users are making errors In deleting or changing products. 

Also would be nice to run reports to see which products profiles have not been used in a specified time frame. For removal of products no longer carried. For easy removal of unnecessary products.

Inventory tracking and reporting. Stable and reliable service without interruption. Seemless input of received products for retail. Easy tracking of online vs in store purchases.

Tracking our products through Meadow helps with Inventory Control, Metric implementation, Restocking, and knowledge of which products sell the best. I do the accounting and can pull all the reports needed for Taxes, Daily Sales for Quickbooks, Product Orders, and tracking purchase invoices. We have used other platforms, but I love the ease of use of Meadows's services. They are straightforward to work with and very responsive to requests for assistance. I highly recommend Meadow as the ultimate website for Cannabis Dispensaries.

I honestly can't think of one negative thing about the Meadow platform. I am so thankful that we found and implemented Meadow for our businesses. The ease of use makes training for our new employees so lovely.

One of my favorite things about the system is its user-friendly interface. It's incredibly easy to navigate and customize to my specific needs. I like the tier pricing feature. 

I also appreciate the comprehensive reporting features. With just a few clicks, I can access detailed reports on everything from sales trends to inventory levels. This has allowed me to make informed business decisions and optimize my operations for maximum efficiency.

But perhaps the best thing about the Meadow POS system is the outstanding customer support. The team is always available to answer my questions and provide expert guidance. Their commitment to their customers is truly second to none.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

While the Meadow POS system is generally easy to use and has some great features, I must say the thing I do not enjoy about Meadows, is the pricing of the additional features. Some of the features that I consider essential for my business,  the vehicle kits,  advanced reporting tools, and dispatching system are only available separately and at an additional cost. As a small business owner, every penny counts, and I find the cost of these add-ons to be quite high.

The promos and discounts are not automated to specific items for discounts and promo to apply to orders within manual editing, the text blast campaigns are on and off at times. 

Overall, I still find the Meadow POS system to be a good option for cannabis businesses, but in today's pricing structure onboarding and counseling other new operators start super high.

It helps businesses manage inventory more efficiently, which can save time and money. The system also provides detailed reports on sales trends and customer behavior, which can help my businesses make informed decisions about operations. Additionally, Meadow offers features such as compliance tracking and employee management, which can help businesses stay on top of regulatory requirements and streamline their hiring and training processes. Overall, Meadow is providing cannabis businesses with a comprehensive solution for managing operations, and the benefits of the system include increased efficiency, improved decision-making, and enhanced compliance.

Meadow does a great job of incorporating a variety of "a la carte" services into one cohesive product. POS, delivery, Metrc audit, purchasing, marketing, and more are all easily accessible within their admin portal. They have great and responsive customer service and do a great job dealing with things that come up from time to time.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Not much to be honest. Some of their features around marketing and promos on the display menu could be a bit more robust to compete with other ancillary services but ultimately, they keep a lot of features under one umbrella that saves my business money.

Keeping my costs down by not needing to take on a variety of ancillary services for features they offer as a package. 

Having an available team to respond to questions I may have or issues that may come up. 

Keeping me abreast of industry changes and adapting to them quickly.

We don't have anything negative to say about Meadow. When we have issues, we reach out to the support team and they are always willing to help and even make adjustments to their current POS to make it more user friendly.

**What do you like best about Meadow?**

I love how self-explanatory it is. The ease of use makes onboarding and training very easy, and it helps us avoid mistakes when it's busy. We usually never run into issues unless th system crashes, which is rare. All info is accessible and easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

- I don't like that you can't see who checked a customer in. For example, the customer profile should note which admin account checked the person in, not just the date and time of check-ins. 
- On finalized orders, it allows changing cash orders to cards or vice versa. This is great, BUT, it needs to adjust the drawer to reflect that too. When we cancel a fulfilled order, it asks if we want it to adjust the drawer- it should say the same for changing the payment method.
- Admins permissions!!!!!! Why are they so general? Budtenders should not be able to edit products; they should just be able to view all info. Too many people can edit things, and there is no record keeping of who changed anything. 
- Deleted profiles - There MUST be a way for the highest manager to approve anything being deleted. Nothing should be deleted in this industry, and it's far too easy for anyone to delete something. Essential documents and transaction records have been deleted, and Meadow could not help us. This is a considerable risk for files. 
- It would be nice to have an iCloud like an access point to see previously uploaded files on customer profiles. Once they upload a new rec or ID, the old one disappears. We should have access to those in case we need them.

Ease of use makes things very convenient, unlike other platforms we've used.

Being a Manager for a despensary I work with meadow all day everyday. I don't want to say I dislike anything from meadow  but for suggestions I would suggest a better filter on things expiring. Maybe a tab to create their own category. Another suggestion is items we've had over a year that we Can better plan on trying to get out of the shop

From start to finish the process is smooth. Selecting products and increasing basket size is incredibly easy. The strain type icons are super helpful and the notifications about IDs needing update or being expired helps us quickly identify who is welcome to shop and who is not.

The only thing I would like to see meadow add is a daily limit gauge. Something that tells me how many more grams I can add to an order before I hit the daily limit.

Meadow is exceptionally seamless and very streamlined. Makes all actions as an inventory manager straightforward to navigate. The support team is excellent and timely with responses to any questions.

We have been using meadow for about two months now, and there is no downside to it that we have yet encountered. Their entire team has been a pleasure to work with from the onboarding process and beyond.

Meadow has helped us immensely with tracking our individual sales team numbers. It is also very easy and user-friendly when navigating through all the functions one may need to use. Our sales have increased because we can pinpoint a focus of sales for specific items and so on.

It's very easy to use. You can generate reports that you need with ease. Meadow helps generate reports needed to do my job.  I have not been exposed to other systems. There is no need.

None, so far. I do not have a problem with Meadow, at all. So, there is nothing to change to make it better.  It is good as it is. Even the chat box, helps. They usually respond ASAP!

Meadow generates reports that I need to be able to do the bookkeeping functions of my job. It also generates tax reports that I need to be able to pay the taxes every month end.

Meadow’s user interface is incredibly intuitive, making our day-to-day workflow seamless. Training new employees is also a breeze. Whenever we need to contact customer support, the entire team is helpful and Wally, in particular, is the best account manager we’ve had from any business.

**What do you dislike about Meadow?**

Any troubleshooting that’s been required has been addressed, or is in process of being solved. Meadow works with a sense of urgency to respond to and solve any issues that arise.

**What problems is Meadow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At WYLLOW we have a small brick and mortar footprint, so we utilize touchscreens to showcase our menu rather than having a large product display on the floor. Meadow seamlessly integrates with our digital displays and helps us track our inventory. Any inventory discrepancies that once existed are now cleared up and we’re now always spot-on. In addition, Meadow allows us to expand our pickup orders since their mobile web interface is second to none. This is a critical channel for our business and Meadow helps us to grow this segment and maximize our retail footprint.
