The onboarding process was good too, and I appreciate that it enables us to connect our airline to multiple agencies via their NDC aggregator features. Additionally, I find value in the way it supports multiple NDC versions, which is beneficial for our operations. **What do you dislike about Duffel?** They are quite expensive **What problems is Duffel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Duffel connects our airline to multiple agencies with their NDC aggregator features and supports multiple NDC versions, making it a flexible tool. ### 2. To avail the service, a user has to fill up a simple form, and that is all the booking steps that one has to go through to use Duffel. **What do you dislike about Duffel?** The reporting features are somewhat lacking as well. Duffel includes simple expense reports; however, there is no breakdown and filters that would meet my needs in controlling the costs and analysis of expenses. **What problems is Duffel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Duffel has been useful especially for international reservations. It literally saves me hundreds of hours compared to the old school ways and the fact that I do not have to worry about creating and organizing another card is a big plus. ### 3. It is great for organizing simple and fast travel plans. **What do you dislike about Duffel?** Duffel fails in the area of the expenses Reports section. It does not include a step-by-step set of tools for monitoring and reporting on other business related expenses such as meals, car rentals, or local transportation. **What problems is Duffel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Duffel makes it easier for me during the initial stages of booking by eliminating the time I would use to compare rates and seek approval. It helps me narrow my search results to planning trips rather than going through numerous travel websites. ### 4. This should work well for weekend trips or visiting places I don’t know that well. **What do you dislike about Duffel?** Duffel appears to be rigid for travelers who may want to have more control over their travel plans. Sometimes I do wish I was able to fine-tune them to incorporate certain subjects of my choice or within certain price ranges. **What problems is Duffel solving and how is that benefiting you?** When one is willing to spare time planning, duffel is an ideal destination for the busy person. These curated list relieve me from searching for flights, accommodation, and things to do and can guarantee the they’re quality. ### 5.
