**What do you like best about DriverReach?**

Driver Reach has made a big difference in how we work. It's easy to use, and the universal app is becoming more popular, speeding up the timeline from contract to hire. I LOVE VOE+, the more drivers we get in this system the better it is for the Driver and the industry. I love logging in and seeing a checkmark; some verifications are already done. There's a DQ checklist to help train new recruiters on what's essential and to ensure they collect all the information required by the FMCSA. If something is missing from the application like job history, an accident, address, or CDL number, we can fix it on our end and then send it instantly for them to authorize, this feature is fantastic and a time saver.  Coming from another ATS, implementation took a week or two to get used to some features, layout, etc. Now that I have it, there is no going back. 
Using Driver Reach Driver drivers efficiently helps us keep our drivers with little turnover. The feature I love the most is that we aren’t fighting against our own ATS; our leads are not shared with other carriers. This keeps our drivers from being contacted by other companies during their onboarding period, which keeps them focused and excited about the job we hired them to do. I’ve worked at other companies where I used a different ATS; drivers were constantly receiving messages and being solicited through an app on their phones.   Driver Reach's customer service is second to none. They know that they can outwork and over-communicate with their competitors. I have been with them for almost two years now. I am continually in contact with Robin, who knows her compliance information, and Katelynn, who has spearheaded our transition to paperless DQ files. Driver reach gets it.

**What do you dislike about DriverReach?**

I came to Driover Reach from another ATS. It took a minute to tailor it to my liking, but that's only because it wasn't what I was used to. Everything else I love, and you will not find another ATS with the same service and general care for the industry and the drivers that fuel it.

**What problems is DriverReach solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are currently assisting us in transitioning to a paperless system. Katelynn has been outstanding; she is proactive, cooperative, and diligent in completing her tasks. Robin provided us with a detailed explanation of the DQ checklist, enabling us to clearly communicate its contents and collection process to our entire team. Robin's expertise in compliance is commendable, and it's reassuring to have her support. The entire team at Driver Reach, including the founder, CEO, sales representatives, and account specialists, has been responsive and supportive. Their commitment to exceptional customer service sets them apart from the competition.

Loved their modern approach to improving the driver recruiting, onboarding, and compliance cycle. Really easy to use.

**What do you dislike about DriverReach?**

No a lot to complain about, I've seen some substantial improvements in the software.

We mainly used the software for it's DQ file checklist functionality, super easy to use.
