user-friendly and the graphics. very easy to learn. customer service is good

interfacing with other companies. could use more detailed filters

it is great for our billing processes

I love how easy it is to use and how innovated it is.

**What do you dislike about DrCloudEHR?**

There is bothing really that I dislike as of right now, as I am still getting used to using the new system. 

**Recommendations to others considering DrCloudEHR:**

Yes I reccommend all retail pharmacies switching over.

**What problems is DrCloudEHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I realized how it makes transaction with the customers go more smoothly.
