Digify allows companies to protect and keep control of confidential documents. It is a cloud-based document security service with built-in encryption, digital rights management, file tracking and virtual data room capabilities.

Our data rooms can be set up in 3 simple steps:

1. Create a data room in less than a minute -  Depending on your project, you may also want to add dynamic watermarks, expiry, and/or terms of access (NDA) 

2. Drag and drop files or import from the cloud - By default, Digify uses AES-256 encryption to protect all your files.

3. Invite your recipients - Grant access to specific people, an entire organisation, and manage data room level permissions at a glance.

Alternatively, you can use "Document Security" to securely send individual files. Apply the same security features like dynamic watermarks, expiry, and terms of access, but skip the step of creating a data room!
