Sharing files online can be risky, especially when they contain sensitive or confidential information. Once you’ve sent a file, it can spread online for anyone to see, download and misuse. It’s impossible to know if your documents are being forwarded or re-sent, and you have no way of revoking access. 

By using a document security service, you can manage exactly who can view and access your documents, and track who has seen them, for how long, from where, and how many times. With Digify, you can also choose to set your documents to View Only, or control the ability to download and print.
