There isn’t much to dislike about the product, but I would prefer the default permissions for a newly created group to be set to the lowest possible rights, with adjustments made only as needed. At times, people sharing confidential information may not be fully aware of the permissions and rights settings, and they can inadvertently share information without the proper protection in place. Exported folders always retain their full directory path. As a result, when a folder is deeply nested, it can be difficult to extract after downloading the compressed file because the path becomes too long.

There also isn’t a dedicated “Clean Team” feature. I’d like the option to allow only selected members from both the seller and buyer teams to access certain files, along with a separate Q&A stream that stays invisible to everyone outside the clean team.

Another feature that would improve the user experience relates to the default access settings: it would be helpful if they could differ depending on the file type being uploaded. For example, PDFs are watermarked by default, but Excel files need to be downloadable in their original form. As it stands, after each Excel upload, the admin has to go into the settings and change the access permissions, and this has to be repeated every time new Excel files are uploaded, which is cumbersome.
