I think it would be very useful if Ideals Virtual Data Room could automatically generate an Excel file that keeps count of document submissions when creating a data room or subfolder. It would help track which files have been submitted or still need to be submitted, providing an automatic checklist with file names and tracking numbers. I also believe that would not be bad if the same instructions could be provided even through the voice of the user, in the era of the massive usage of the AI tools. I find that Ideals Virtual Data Room is not as AI integrated as other data rooms I've used. For instance, with Intralinks, I can ask their AI agent questions like whether there are any pending legal liabilities, and it scans the documents to provide answers with references.
