I like the ease of use of Ideals Virtual Data Room. It's easy to accomplish whatever tasks necessary, and the help options always provide the information I need if I can't complete a task on my own. It significantly reduces the time needed to accomplish tasks within each project or when creating new ones. What could be improved is the functionality of copying files from one project into a newly created project. When creating a new project, I was unable to easily copy folder structure including files within them into a new project. The platform for Ideals is a very easy-to-use and intuative platform. It was quick to set up and quick to delegate access and invite partners.

I like how Ideals Virtual Data Room allows me to effortlessly create new projects and folders by simply copying existing VDRs from past projects. This feature significantly speeds up the process of setting up a new VDR, which is immensely helpful. Their pricing structure is also a standout aspect, as it doesn't depend on the number of projects you're doing but rather on the data space, which is quite logical. Additionally, I am impressed with their new Q&A feature, which facilitates interactions by letting potential investors or interested parties upload questions. This feature is particularly useful because I can assign questions to specific experts, provide tailored data points to the questioner, and even convert frequently asked questions into FAQs visible to all parties. This functionality not only enhances communication but also reduces repetitive work. Furthermore, I appreciate the capability to download questions as an Excel file, and the potential use of an AI agent to answer investor questions based on previously provided answers, which streamlines project-end tasks. I find the formatting of the FAQ in the new Q&A section to be problematic. Additionally, the permission management can be quite cumbersome. If I don't add names of people at the beginning, it becomes difficult to find and manage them later. It's annoying that on the investor relations platform, people cannot be added to multiple groups, but the current permission design doesn't seem to allow for that easily. We have had a long relationship with Ideals VDR. We are a small firm, and the annual cost is significant to us. This year's price increase is simply to much. We cannot afford to have such last-minute increases in our overhead costs. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with your company and find this to be out of character with our past dealings. As an investment banker I am exposed to many businesses and business models. I have NEVER seen "rebranding" as a rationale for a price increase. I certainly can't pass a price increase along to my clients because I change my logos and branding strategy, etc. I would ask that you drop the increase to something more reasonable and rationale.
