**What do you like best about Dialora AI?**

Dialora AI has helped me create an AI Voice personal assistant. I find it to be a reliable answering service when I can't answer a call. Once you get a handle on how to set things up, it's quite intuitive, allowing me to further refine my setup. The integrations with Cal.com and Twilio are straightforward, which makes the process smooth. I appreciate that the team is responsive to support queries, which is amazing for me. I also feel that they are definitely developing the platform with a clear vision to be the trusted AI voice agent platform. In my opinion, they are focused and, in my experience, they are ahead of the game. I currently use Dialora AI with Cal.com for calendar booking and number integration with Twilio. The initial setup is straightforward, even though getting the most out of the software and fine-tuning it takes a few months.

**What do you dislike about Dialora AI?**

I would love to see more integrations to non-major CRMs, an undo button, or revision history in case you stuff up the agent's prompt. These are quality of life updates, which I am sure the team will get onto. Nothing major so far.

**What do you like best about Dialora AI?**

I used Dialora for my cousin’s HR consultancy , they were daily doing 1100 calls per day and not it’s automated using Dialora , in fact Dialora is now qualifying the candidate and taking first end to end interview and updating Application tracking system with custom API integration. This is very very useful platform , I am recommending to all HR consultancy to use this and grow.

**What do you dislike about Dialora AI?**

To integrate Application tracking system API , it was a bit technical , and that was not comfortable to my cousins team , as they run HR consultancy , so it was not straight forward for non tech team to integrate external API , but Dialora team has Agent accelerator program that helped me to Done for you deal, it saved time.

It has configurable prompt , that helped me to write my own conversational flow .

**What do you like best about Dialora AI?**

I use Dialora AI to run campaigns with multiple outbound calls seamlessly, which has helped me generate more than 600 bookings in my calendar. It's super easy to set up and is the best one I've worked with so far. As an agency user, it allows me to white label and resell the voice AI platform, which feels like a dream come true because I can have my own voice AI startup without investing in infrastructure. The software has simplified my work, especially for setting up proper outbound calls and customer acquisition. I really like the lead generation aspect, which I use for my agency.

I like Dialora AI for its ability to significantly improve our customer cash flow, which helps create a strong business moment for us. The regular team support is commendable, providing complete end-to-end integrations through their agent escalators. I am particularly thankful because we've managed to book around 600 calendar invites from 10,000 outbound calls within a very few days, which was a great resource for me. I'm really happy with the experience and the support we've received. The setup was very easy, and the Dialora team helped us out precisely and specifically.

I must say there is no dislike because Dialora AI is super strong product.

The setup process was incredibly straightforward - I had our AI voice agent up and running within hours, not days. What impressed me most is how natural the conversations sound. Our prospects can't tell they're talking to an AI initially, which is crucial for maintaining trust.

The lead qualification feature is a game-changer. Instead of spending time on unqualified leads, Dialora automatically filters out the tire-kickers and only sends me prospects who are genuinely ready to buy. The AI handles the initial screening, asks the right questions, and books qualified leads directly into my calendar.
