**What do you like best about Dialog?**

I really appreciate that Dialog allows for providing accurate information to visitors and performing product comparisons, which helps customers make their purchasing decisions quickly. This has significantly improved the add-to-cart rate and reduced friction during the purchasing process, thanks to the additional information available. The integration with Shopify Plus is perfectly seamless, and the installation takes only a few clicks, which is a great advantage. Moreover, retrieving all the information from my back-office, including the product catalog and collection pages, was done without human effort. The product was immediately functional after the final installation in just a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Dialog?**

I would perhaps like to have more information in the reports about the questions that frequently come up from our visitors and, for example, to be able to create automatic SEO articles.

**What problems is Dialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dialog for my product pages on Shopify, it allows for providing precise information, answering questions, making comparisons, which improves the add-to-cart rate and conversions by reducing purchase frictions.

Over time, Dialog has continued to deliver increasing value. Week after week, we’ve seen steady improvements in performance as the tool learns from customer interactions and refines its recommendations. The shopping experience has become more fluid and intuitive, helping visitors find the right information, compare products more confidently, and move through their decision-making process faster.

A particularly strong addition has been the textual analysis.
