Flexible dialler for various campaigns **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Siyanda K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2023 **What do you like best about Dialfire?** The dialler is cloud-based and very flexible when setting up campaigns. you have the option for manual or predictive dialling, and you can setup dial rules and even allow inbound calls with specific routing rules. It was relatively easy to setup, and we can use our own caller ID. The call rates are quite reasonable as well **What do you dislike about Dialfire?** There is a slight learning curve when doing the initial setup, it can be a bit overwhelming to someone who is inexperienced. Also, the only other feature we wanted was the option for a secure line for taking sensitive information like credit card details etc and as far as we can tell, this option is not available **What problems is Dialfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need a solution to implementing quickly and to be able to scale. We started using this dialler during covid and it was easy to setup remote employees and get them live in a short period of time. ### 2. You can also use Dialfire software the same for Inbound calls. **What do you dislike about Dialfire?** I recommend the Dialfire team work on technical glitches. **What problems is Dialfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefit of using Dialfire is that your team continually works on calls, and the rings automatically rotate between the group. Also, you can monitor and record all the calls and analysis them in the future. ### 3. And you cannot beat the price! No one else would even come close. Most programs that offer this type of dialing will cost thousands. **What do you dislike about Dialfire?** We ran into too many technical issues/bugs that we weren't able to get resolved. **What problems is Dialfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use dialfire for dialing through long lists of contacts automatically. It is so much more efficient than calling people one by one!
