I have heard people saying their initial setup is a lil slow but in my case that's the exact thing i loved about them . In my case it was a superfast setup with very minimal glitches. i got to use the system in very less time and with ease.

I found out about dialaxy after they reached me out through a call , guess their cold calling trick but it worked on me . I was not sure at first but seeing the customer support answering my questions , solving my daily problems with his solutions made me try dialaxy .

Till today i have have very minor issues which is less compare to other providers who promise a lot of features and fails to give them.

People these days trust marketing and visibility, so you have very little to no visibility in market which caused me a second thought at first . so if you can show people what you do and how you do more it would be great for everyone . What do you like best about Dialaxy?

I am using a virtual phone number from few months and dialaxy was my second option back then when i was wondering which one should i use. But from some reason i was introduced to dialaxy and must say my decision was not wrong. I like its simple yet powerful tools and sms features along with recording and forwarding .

But the best thing about dialaxy is its act of giving full support to its members or lets say users. Although the system is simple but someday if you have some problem you wont be left to figure out by yourself and wait for the customer support. I use is every once in 2-3 days and must say this is game changing to make your clients or partners or customers feel local presence in such decent pricing structure. The only problem i face or am still facing is that whenever i try to use their text-to-speech or any other tool i am still not satisfied with the result . I dont know if its a technical error or the company lacking to bring that desired result. If they can work a bit more on that , i think its quite good for them as well to user like me as well. What i love about dialaxy is that its very easy to use its features such as basic meetings , SMS, and calls. I got my number within few hours and while in process the customer support was actually helping me to make the process faster. I am also loving the ease of platform. I like how dialaxy provides a smooth communication flow and helps in tracking marketing process in my overall work life. I run campaigns with unique numbers time and again to track and analyze the ROI , and through this we anticipate leads and go for next step that is calling them. Here calling people from their local numbers makes them pick up call and believe that the company is friendly. In both of this campaign management and calling international and national clients dialaxy has been game changer for me and to my team as well .

I use dialaxy for its reliable calling feature for my business purposes. And the most concerning factor for which i am impressed with dialaxy is its ability to minimize communication cost compare to other medium i have used in the past . The overall system is really very easy to use and if something occurs there is customer support i can contact to . so what's not there to like ?

Recently After shifting to dialaxy my company report was out and i was shocked to know that we have been spending almost 3% more in communication through our sales and support. Calling international clients , Grabbing paid tools and system for communication has become quite easy with Dialaxy . What I like most about dialaxy is that it has helped me in my most difficult phase of my work life . I have been using virtual phone number for calling my international clients as of now . But few months back when i was managing my clients I came to a situation one day where all my 3 clients had a same day report submission and i had to deal in 3 different countries at once . I was using my social account , my personal numbers for communication.

Somehow i managed but soon after i cam to know about dialaxy from one of my good friend , at first to pay for communication was a bit uneasy for me but soon i realized that i did the right thing. Today working as a customer Care and sales support i find ease of use in my daily task. I dont have to worry about call quality . We all as a team use the system frequently and if anything comes up there is customer support to guide us.
