The onboarding process is really fast and simple to get a virtual number . Its simple and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

Account suspension due to minimum balance got me thinking for a while , it was fine after i got it recharged. I mean that's quite unfair if i have already bought myself your service why would you mock me . haha just kidding but at least give me alert message first .

**What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make a call , to keep a track when i am not available and sometimes i call my folks back home as well .

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

Dialaxy got excellent call quality along with better stability. Quite handy features along with great chat and customer support . Its easy to use and also they have worked quite good on their design recently. 
It has been an okay decision for me till now to choose dialaxy.

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

To be honest the initial documentation process was a bit tricky , i might not be here today with them if it wasn't the customer support helping me then. Also i face sync delays but i guess its common in almost every system.

**What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The answer would be obvious, its for the virtual phone number . In fact i have to go through messages and calls quite a few times in single day , where i use my phone number .

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

With Dialaxy what i love most about would be its simplicity and basic features they offers . From the day i have started using the system haven't had face any major complexity. Its okay for me till date but need a lot to improve.

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

What was supposed to be their benefit have turned out the negative factor for me . And that would be their limited features. Sure the available call recording , SMS , Voicemail everything works decently but there is a lot more where you think that if there was more features in this price range .

**What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a fashion Artist , most of the time i have to deal with peoples demand and modification on their attire. This is where i use dialaxy for listening to my customers questions and advice through voicemail and yes there is national and international calling as well.

Dialaxy has been exceptional choice for me , its simple to use and cost effective solution. I like this recent design  and UI design as well. Overall its a decent option for everyone. I got my Canada number and have been using since months and its quite alright. Just working fine !

Before update i couldn't see the credit in the dashboard itself , after the update it has been solved as well. Work on adding more features.

I use this for my personal purpose, its for my personal business - i own a clothing business , i frequently make a call to my national and international clients at least once in a week .

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

I have heard people saying their initial setup is a lil slow but in my case that's the exact thing i loved about them . In my case it was a superfast setup with very minimal glitches. i got to use the system in very less time and with ease. 
I guess i was lucky , but yes dialaxy has given me some  seriously concerned solution. i tend to use it almost everyday and till now i am loving it.

I used to have a little old device till few days ago , i dont know if it was their older version issue or it was my device but i faced some interface lags thats all , now that i have new one its not even a issue.

**What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apart form my own company i run a small SEO writing firm where i have to communicate with my clients time and again . For this exact purpose i thought of switching to dialaxy. I mean that's all for now!  its helping me !

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

I found out about dialaxy after they reached me out through a call , guess their cold calling trick but it worked on me . I was not sure at first but seeing the customer support answering my questions , solving my daily problems with his solutions made me try dialaxy . 
Till today i have have very minor issues which is less compare to other providers who promise a lot of features and fails to give them.  
Dialaxy has very easy to use system with minimal yet powerful features which is prefect for me.

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

People these days trust marketing and visibility, so you have very little to no visibility in market which caused me a second thought at first . so if you can show people what you do and how you do more it would be great for everyone . I myself can also recommend you to my friends on that note.

**What problems is Dialaxy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would spend plenty of my cash on calling my clients before but with you even though i pay every month i don't find any stress instead i am happy for the ROI i am receiving after using dialaxy.

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

I am using a virtual phone number from few months and dialaxy was my second option back then when i was wondering which one should i use. But from some reason i was introduced to dialaxy and must say my decision was not wrong. I like its simple yet powerful tools and sms features along with recording and forwarding . 
But the best thing about dialaxy is its act of giving full support to its members or lets say users. Although the system is simple but someday if you have some problem you wont be left to figure out by yourself and wait for the customer support. I use is every once in 2-3 days and must say this is game changing to make your clients or partners or customers feel local presence in such decent pricing structure.

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

The only problem i face or am still facing is that whenever i try to use their text-to-speech or any other tool i am still not satisfied with the result . I dont know if its a technical error or the company lacking to bring that desired result. If they can work a bit more on that , i think its quite good for them as well to user like me as well.

I am a designer by profession and i use dialaxy mainly to contact with my international clients , companies with whom i am working with or willing to work with. I find the top notch audio quality and clarity . Also being a editor i need audio from speech , i use their tool as well . Mainly dialaxy has helped me in making a call in affordable price.

What i love about dialaxy is that its very easy to use its features such as basic meetings , SMS, and calls. I got my number within few hours and while in process the customer support was actually helping me to make the process faster.  I am also loving the ease of platform. Overall i use my dialaxy number everyday and its smooth till now. If someone would ask me if they can try this ? if you are starting small or trying to scale up you must give it a shot.

I had to go through some difficulty while using it on my phone , i guess that could have been better.

Dialaxy has made my record sheet clean . I love how its so easy to use and how it has made my work simple with its features. I am a link builder and sometimes in my job it requires constant outreach weather its national or international . I often see people writing that UI is dull but common, you are not here for fun , it has made our work easier and faster, That's enough for me to love dialaxy.

One thing that seriously was not so great regarding dialaxy is that they should be clear on their website as well regarding their paper work for certain countries. I mean you guys are right but people need to ask you in person to know the actual process and that's not how information is given according to me.

As someone who handles outreach, lead generation with daily communication has made my work a lot easier . Before using dialaxy number people wouldn't usually pick up call if they see some unknown number , but now people tend to reply even though i send them a tiny SMS.

I like how dialaxy provides a smooth communication flow and helps in tracking marketing process in my overall work life. I run campaigns with unique numbers time and again to track and analyze the ROI , and through this we anticipate leads and go for next step that is calling them. Here calling people from their local numbers makes them pick up call and believe  that the company is friendly. In both of this campaign management and  calling international and national clients dialaxy has been game changer for me and to my team as well . 

Additionally i run a small startup for home décor and have to deal with frequent calling and disputes as well . so with dialaxys ease of integration , implementation and good customer support i don't usually have to worry about calling and texting anymore.

I wish they could have added more countries on their list , although they do have many but sometimes i have to deal with people outside of list provided by dialaxy.

Dialaxy is very easy to use if you are trying virtual number for the first time . With its frinedly design its stable and dependable . I also find its need to use daily and if i find anything unnecessary troubling implementing the soultion with help of customer support takes a very few time. 
 use dialaxy for call recording to monitor the quality and  to train our writers and ensure consistency in the advice. We as a company do this to guide clients through several complicated requirements.  so , for its simplicity and ease i have no complains with Dialaxy.

One thing i would like to bring into light is that they could have been clear regarding their paper  work , sometimes you get a bit tricky while performing the paperwork.

I find Dialaxy as an Okay option if you are starting small. Small team , limited features, and good customer support . Nothing New till date.

I got my US number from dialaxy and that was quick , and then again when i wanted to go with next they brought up some additional documentation process . The only thing i didn't like is that they should have told me before or must have written somewhere in the website.

I use dialaxy for its reliable calling feature for my business purposes. And the most concerning factor for which i am impressed with dialaxy is its ability to minimize communication cost compare to other medium i have used in the past . The overall system is really very easy to use and if something occurs there is customer support i can contact to . so what's not there to like ? 
Recently After shifting to dialaxy my company report was out and i was shocked to know that we have been spending almost 3% more in communication through our sales and support. Calling international clients , Grabbing paid tools and system for communication has become quite easy with Dialaxy . I am working as Finance Manager and here i am writing this with facts and figures .

Although the company promises fast setup but sometimes i have faced some level of delay in calls and most importantly in beginning of number setup.  I find that using on desktop is quite smooth compare to using on phone.

What I like most about dialaxy is that it has helped me in my most difficult phase of my work life . I have been using virtual phone number for calling my international clients as of now . But few months back when i was managing my clients I came to a situation one day where all my 3 clients had a same day report  submission and i had to deal in 3 different countries at once . I was using my social account , my personal numbers for communication. 
 Somehow i managed but soon after i cam to know about dialaxy from one of my good friend , at first to pay for communication was a bit uneasy for me but soon i realized that i did the right thing. Today working as a customer Care   and sales support i find ease of use in my daily task. I dont have to worry about call quality . We all as a team use the system frequently and if anything comes up there is customer support to guide us. 
Although i was new to VoIP I had friends who uses it so implementing it did not feel like some rocket science at all. So overall multitasking features is  and its pricing compare to other providers is why i love Dialaxy.

Sometimes i miss my messages from the notification bar , although this has not affected my work till date but this might become a serious issue. Also dialaxy can work on their text to speech features. there are only limited option available which even don't feel natural.

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

What has impressed me after using Dialaxy is its call quality and support staff being as helpful and friendly as they can be. I have to be on call almost every time and sometimes the quality of calls can be really off factor for communication , this is where I don't have to worry about . The call quality is consistently clear no matter if its peak hour or just a normal day.  I also like the feature where I can create my own local phone number for anywhere around the globe where I choose to expand my business .

**What do you dislike about Dialaxy?**

There can be some minimal fault in the system but there is not much to dislike till date . Anyway for suggestion , Dialaxy can improve on their device compatibility, sometimes I find glitch while switching my device. They can also work on their UI although user experience is quite easy to use.

Dialaxy and its VoIP service has helped me with managing clients calls , manage digital campaigns , solve digital feedback in very short period of time. I AM a digital marketing executive and i need to manage every upper level management and communication and it is not possible only through command but requires some flow to manage for which dialaxy has been game changing for me and my firm.

**What do you like best about Dialaxy?**

I use Dialaxy to communicate daily with international teams to coordinate with our design and development teams. Instead of using regular calls or on social media. For example, when I am reviewing front-end updates with our clients, I need to make sure the communication is clear, so using dialaxy's virtual phone number this has become a lot easier for me and to my team as well. 
The interface seems to be pretty smooth and very easy to use. If I face any trouble, there is customer support service who has helped me every time as early as they can. With all these features that I use in daily work I find dialaxy a good deal I choose.

You can work on your UI design and mobile responsiveness since I am from this field, I got to have a bit of improvement area detected. Other than this there is not much to complain as far as I have used.

Being a front-end developer  i need to communicate with many national and international parties everyday regarding the design approval and feedback. So, i use it for same purpose of making a call, sending SMS and reminders for which dialaxy has helped me save time and effort for communication. I have also started using for my own purpose for translating text to voice feature and i have to say it's not that bad at all.

Dialaxy is easy to navigate and easy to use and budget friendly . Small system doing impressive work but needs an improvement.

There could be several things which needs to be improved but the most important one would be the system itself . If going for multiple numbers the system shows system slowing or lags, this is not a very good sign for us from experience point of view as well. Its okay but needs an improvement .

I heard a lot about VoIP and saw many businesses starting to use them but I was never convinced it can be that good as their are alternatives such as Zoom and Google Meet. But after using Dialaxy, I get it why it is a game changer.
