**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

The design is so super clean and sleek. I LOVE the design of the mobile app. Setting up the entire account is easy. Integrations with Woocommerce and Shopify are super easy. Live chat is an integration to install for embedding into your website. Customer support is top notch. We use this every day and are SO glad we made the change.

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

The web interface doesn't always chime when a chat comes in if the tab is not in focus and when you finally do switch to that tab, you get blown up with all the chimes from the chats. I recommended a solution for them to fix.

**What problems is Desku.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really support my customers and am always there for them. This support system makes it super easy. Notifications are instant so I can get in touch with my customer within seconds.

Desku made handling of incoming enquiries much easier for us. Some of its features which stand out are:
	-It's unified ticketing dashboard help us to keep track of all the incoming enquiries in a single view
	-With their drag-and-drop interface, it becomes super easy for us to create chatbot response flows.
	-Their rich set of automation templates allows us to address enquiries from different set of customers super easy.

They can improve upon their reporting feature to make it more concise and user-friendly.

**What problems is Desku.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a small set of team, responding each and every enquiry in timely manner became difficult for us. Desku's AI-Chatbot helps us to create different set of responses for different set of general enquiries allowing our support team to handle more important enquiries to turn them into potential customers for us.

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

Desku is a lifesaver for our customer support team. The Eva AI bot handles most of the queries, freeing up our team for more complex issues. The No-Code Chatbot Builder is super easy to use, and we deployed it on our Shopify store in no time. Plus, it's way cheaper than Intercom but does the job just as well.

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

Nothing major, but a more detailed FAQ section would be helpful for new users like us. It took a bit to get used to all the features

We were drowning in customer queries before Desku. Now, Eva AI takes care of 70% of them, and the Omni Channel Inbox makes it easy to manage the rest. The AI Assist feature even helps our team with real-time summaries. It's a game-changer for our support workflow.

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

We used Desku to build our entire support setup in the early stages. It quickly became our go-to platform for managing customer queries and documenting the most commonly asked questions.

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

We haven't really found anything that we dislike. I feel the tool has great scope and will soon be capable of competing with the bigger players in the market.

**What problems is Desku.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have a dedicated support team yet. So, we're basically managing all support ops between a few members. That's where Desku's AI Assist feature has worked wonders for us. It quickly analyzes past interactions to provide a quick and accurate summary to respond to any query at hand. This has significantly fast-tracked our support delivery.

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

Desku is an awesome tool to keep on top of all my customer interactions. I found this when I was searching for a customer service tool that didn’t come with a big price tag. For small startups like ours, paying $70 per month was not practical. I’m so glad I came across Desku, which gives me the same (even better) features is less than half the cost.  

I like the shared inbox that makes ticketing/ticket assigning easier. Getting a quick overview of all the customer details is easy, which helps my team solve customer queries more efficiently. Answering these queries is also a breeze with AI assist (gives intelligent responses). 

Another Desku feature that I loved was the AI chatbot builder. I could set up and deploy a personalized chatbot, and it’s now handling the bulk of the customer queries, freeing up my team's time to focus on other tasks.

I’ve been using it for a while, and haven’t encountered any issues till now.

We are a small startup, and the biggest problem we were facing was managing time with our small customer service team. Any missed interaction could cost our growing business. I've played around with a bunch of support tools, but Desku.io? It's a game-changer. Their chatbots are on point and get what customers are asking. Setting it up was a breeze, and the fact that it links up with Shopify? That's just icing on the cake. It's seriously made handling customer support way easier for me. Can't recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

Desku.io is packed with cool features, but I'd love a bit more wiggle room for customization. The ready-made templates are good, but they don't always hit the mark for every business out there. If they could jazz up the customization options and maybe throw in some integrations with those under-the-radar platforms, it'd be perfect. But hey, it's still a top-notch tool in my book!

Desku.io is simple to use and provides a wide range of characteristics, such as an editor for dragging and dropping and an extensive collection of connectors. Desku is used for automating help across several platforms, especially WhatsApp and email. The product is reasonably priced and client service is excellent.

Something in the tool remains in its infancy, but I feel this product will do well if they stay on the right track. There have been multiple improvements to the chat widget, dashboard, and mobile apps.

We are a SaaS company. They assist us in rapidly resolving client inquiries. We make benefit of their Slack integration. Their bot handles the majority of the requests, allowing us to focus on our business.

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

For me, Desku has been the easiest to use with fair pricing and all the integrations. We didn't want any complex tool with complex features for our product and Desku has delivered just that. Plus, their customer support is bang-on with solving issues on priority. The fact that it also provides a knowledgebase for users to deep dive into and get answers to their FAQs was also a big plus for us. Though, I wish the AI was more enhanced but it's just the start.

Nothing that comes on top of my mind explicitly to dislike but I feel the AI features can be enhanced.

Integrating and providing all tickets at a single place to solve customer queries faster. With multiple platforms before, it was sort of tedious to solve the queries and our support time used to be much more. With Desku, we have seriously reduced the response time and templatized our responses with it's knowledge base.

Desku is a great alternative to Intercom. We have paid Intercom a lot so far but not anymore.

Desku can use a better UX at some places. Also, the AI could use a little bit of upgrade. Currently it feels like they are using the outdated version of LLM AI.

Desku has replaced intercom for us, so it is a tool we use for both live chat and help desk.

We had replaced the costly intercom with Desku, and it was a lot of savings indeed. We liked their AI-powered support bot, workflow automation, and all other features, It is quick and easy to set up.

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

Desku is an excellent product with a live chat, chatbot, knowledge base, and ticketing system. And the best part is that it comes with a Whitelabel option. The product is good, and the creator responds to our feedback, and now it's much more solid than it was. I love such a product backed by a solid development team.

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

Something in the tool is still very early, but I believe this product will succeed if they keep working on the right path. Many improvements exist for the chat widget, dashboard and mobile apps.

Update: they keep improving over the months and years. Now Desku is more solid than it was. Fantastic!!

If you are looking for a live chat provider with a knowledge base(with unlimited articles), Desku is the one that you should consider.

I had issue with Desku Livechat and their app. They got it fixed. 
Whenever I encounter any issues, I report them to their support. The support is so responsive and provides good customer service.

The simplest customer support tool we have ever used. We migrated from the intercom a few weeks ago and it works perfectly at a fraction of the cost compared to the intercom. Their AI feature is amazing also. Overall amazing solution.

We didn't find any major dislikes. The UI could be a bit more refined, but the current one is also fine.

DesDesktop.io has one of the best automated messaging system that quickly identifies customer issues and leads them to the most qualified agents. Besides, broadcasts keep the audience informed with timely updates which maximizes sales potential.

It requires only to enhance the design of the widget and incorporate a few additional features. It coukd be improved with more customization options but its structure is very easy to use.

having been a support person myself for many years and having worked with several, well established and strong HelpDesk solutions I could not believe that the "new kid on the block" could deliver, not only by seeing what can be done already but hearing from the developer himself where this tool is going leaves me extremely satisfied, now I have to be honest and admit that I will work a use case around this SaaS because I had no plans to offer this but I am thrilled now to start planning on the implementation and deployment

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

If we are completely honest the tool is not yet the strongest player in the field, BUT its amazing at what it does and any shortcoming are being tackled by the team without hesitation. So, its hard to point out a dislike yet!

**Recommendations to others considering Desku.io:**

Adding the extra benefit of a service desk portal with DeskU.io is a no brainer! Forget about all the headaches of setting up and establishing a portal! Go for it, no second thoughts.

To be completely honest I had no use case for a HelpDesk solution, but after coming across DeskU.io I started dreaming of the possibilities of implementing such a tool in my business and personal ventures. I am very excited and after conscientious testing, I am already planning for implementation, integration, and deployment!

**What do you like best about Desku.io?**

I mostly like the simple and very functional Live Chat and Client's Ticket management of Desku.io. I also like the customer, agent, and department management. The user interface and the dashboard are very clean and navigation friendly.

**What do you dislike about Desku.io?**

There is actually no major downside of Desku.io. But there should be more integration with the email service providers to continue to follow up after the Live Chat support or support.

**Recommendations to others considering Desku.io:**

I recommend Desku.io to both small and medium organizations which want flawless support ticket management and live chat with their clients. It is really simple to give efficient customer support as well as to manage the backend like agents and customers management.

Desku.io is basically working as the helpdesk for my clients. It is solving the total support system to the clients. With Desku.io, I can manage both the Backhand as well as the front-end of my helpdesk. It is really fun to serve the support to the clients.
