What do you like best about Desku.io?

For me, Desku has been the easiest to use with fair pricing and all the integrations. We didn't want any complex tool with complex features for our product and Desku has delivered just that. Plus, their customer support is bang-on with solving issues on priority. The fact that it also provides a knowledgebase for users to deep dive into and get answers to their FAQs was also a big plus for us. Though, I wish the AI was more enhanced but it's just the start. What do you dislike about Desku.io?

What do you like best about Desku.io?

What do you like best about Desku.io?

Desku is an excellent product with a live chat, chatbot, knowledge base, and ticketing system. And the best part is that it comes with a Whitelabel option. The product is good, and the creator responds to our feedback, and now it's much more solid than it was. I love such a product backed by a solid development team. What do you dislike about Desku.io?

Something in the tool is still very early, but I believe this product will succeed if they keep working on the right path. Many improvements exist for the chat widget, dashboard and mobile apps.
