When I need edits, that feedback elevates the design. **What do you dislike about Design Shifu?** The only downside is not being able to speak directly with the designer. **Recommendations to others considering Design Shifu:** Be very clear on your design preferences. **What problems is Design Shifu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consistent support, excellent design, quick turnaround. They do the creative, we tweak and write the copy. **What do you like best about Design Shifu?** Speed, responsiveness and professionalism of the team. **What do you dislike about Design Shifu?** Quality of the work varies, missing some cultural nuance around image selection. Hard to innovate creatively. **What problems is Design Shifu solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're trying to iterate very fast and use data from FB ads to determine new concepts. The advantage is that we can test lots of things at once and we're benefiting over traditional designers by using brute force and a low cost resource. It's not the same as great designer, but it's much better than trying to work with an okay designer. ### 3. I know everything cannot be fast and perfect all the time but I have no complaints. **What problems is Design Shifu solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get pain in my wrists.
