What do you like best about DemandScience?

Ensures that contracted leads are delivered to the satisfaction of the client. Willing to make it right if there are leads that did not work out (bounced emails, etc.)

Works through some very detailed setup needs in Salesforce and HubSpot so that the processing of the leads could be more efficient

Has regular meetings through out tyour campaign, so that any questions can be answered.

Provides helpful reports on the leads provided.

What do you dislike about DemandScience?

I just wish that the lead conversion for us would have gone better. We ran the leads through amarketing cadence and a sales cadence, but had no successes as far as conversion to opportunities. That was very disappointing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Terminus Email Experiences to standardize and personalize our company email signatures. I like that you can automatically manage what banners different teams are featuring, and it is easy to add or delete employees when new people are hired or leave the company. Each employee is able to log in and update their own information as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It often takes up to a day for signatures to sync, so occasionally some users have out of date banners on their email signatures if an event has passed and their profile hasn't synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first batch of data was incorrect which meant there were delays

The leads are no warmer than purchased data, no matter what you do to nurture them it's the same as buying data.

Content syndication and gated content is a dying model, so this isn't in relation to just Demand Science, but having the data come incomplete caused some delays and etra work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
