When downloading/installing drivers like SAS etc . It needs a existing Dell Primier Subscription

Was able to contact them to Quote a pricing for Dell LTO tape Drive

Easy accessibility to purchasing workstation, servers, parts, warranties, literally everything we need for our business.

**What do you dislike about Dell Premier?**

Nothing, its amazing! Only thing is the site will log you out after an hour or so.

**What problems is Dell Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Purchasing workstations at a quick time frame as we try to respond to our customers as quickly as possible.

I enjoy that you can look up hardware specs through the Premier portal and it gives quotes a lot quicker than waiting for a rep

**What do you dislike about Dell Premier?**

Reps can suggest better solutions for what you are looking for. They have insight on any discounts or deals that you are unaware of

**What problems is Dell Premier solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to get quotes faster and on my own time
