**What do you like best about Delegate?**

Delegate has highly skilled and knowledgeable personnel who are very patient and take the time to understand a customers business and their goals. They helped us to Scale.

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

I am pleased with Delegate because the asigned personnel do even things you have not requested well knowing that they will facilitate you in achieving your objectives.

**Recommendations to others considering Delegate:**

Take the time to share your goals, objectives and concerns with Delegate. Be frank and open with them

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delegate helps to resolve Salesforce problems easpecially with implementation. They offer strong guidance on approaches to take sytematically. This saved us time and helped us to learn and get familiar.

**What do you like best about Delegate?**

Delegate takes the time to understand your business.  More so than standard consultants it felt like they cared about the final result.  They built things for scale and were careful on their decision making.  Overall it felt like I had a true internal resource/partner over a one time professional service fee.

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

I would say the one item I wish Delegate focused on more was their resource allocation.  They give you one admin and mainly have you work through them.  I would like to see them rotate in different SME's depending your question more frequently to the weekly (i.e. I am discussing Salesloft, lets bring in a Salesloft expert).

**Recommendations to others considering Delegate:**

Strongly recommend Delegate for Salesforce operational + admin work.

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently rolled out Salesforce from scratch and started our implementation with a traditional consultant approach.  I would say the experience was disappointing for a few reasons:

-Very low availability
-Lack of best practicies and guidance. 
-Churn/Burn or check the box type model.  Things were done in a rushed manner (i.e. not built for scale) just to meet a deadline.

We switched over to Delegate after being disappointed with the prior experience and they had a more unique model.  They offer an in-house resource that you pay a monthly fee to keep online.  This way you get support for as long as you want and it is a good deal cheaper than the pricing we were given with the other consultant.  Additionally, it was a completely different  experience:

-High availability.  Consistent weeklies and checkpoints.  They also set up slack to keep communication tight/
-Strong guidance on how we should structure our business.  Took the time to learn and understand our business and then provided optionality on solutions so we could arrive at the best one.
-Methodical approach.  They advised us to slow down in certain areas vs moving quickly so we got things right on the first go around.

  ### 3. Outsourcing has a bad wrap it’s largely deserved; Delegate is an entirely different animal.

**What do you like best about Delegate?**

Especially in an age of remote work and all the long-distance-relationship intentionality that comes with it, flexibility is hard to come by. It’s so helpful to use the team at delegate *when we need them*. So I like the concept the best. Fractional shares isn’t anything new, but it’s so much better than black-box outsourcing, and the two team members I’ve worked with were better than the in-house talent we’d had in the past.

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

No cons for me, truly. I think my only suggestion here for folks that are looking to engage is to set your expectations appropriately; you’ll still want to *partner* with them. The competency is very high, and I actually like working with someone who is used to doing this remotely.

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having the cash to hire full time tool experts, and covering shortcomings in our operational strategies as it pertains to process and programs

**Describe the project or task Delegate helped with:**

We worked with Delegate for almost 2 years. They helped us with any and all complicated SFDC projects.

**What do you like best about Delegate?**

Flexibility in tasks, but only a single monthly payment! We even were able to ramp up assistance when things got extra complicated, like reimplementing Marketo.

**What do you dislike about Delegate?**

As a consultant, they will do whatever it is you ask, but rarely will they do what you don't ask. If you hire an in-house SFDC developer early on, you may get more of the "doing things not asked for" category, which is a plus.

**What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving any and all things Salesforce. As you know, Salesforce is a beast, having Delegate to assist us has truly been exceptional.
