What problems is Delegate solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently rolled out Salesforce from scratch and started our implementation with a traditional consultant approach. I would say the experience was disappointing for a few reasons:
-Very low availability
-Lack of best practicies and guidance.
-Churn/Burn or check the box type model. Things were done in a rushed manner (i.e. not built for scale) just to meet a deadline.
We switched over to Delegate after being disappointed with the prior experience and they had a more unique model. They offer an in-house resource that you pay a monthly fee to keep online. This way you get support for as long as you want and it is a good deal cheaper than the pricing we were given with the other consultant. Additionally, it was a completely different experience:
-High availability. Consistent weeklies and checkpoints. They also set up slack to keep communication tight/
-Strong guidance on how we should structure our business. Took the time to learn and understand our business and then provided optionality on solutions so we could arrive at the best one.
-Methodical approach. They advised us to slow down in certain areas vs moving quickly so we got things right on the first go around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
