**What do you like best about D&B Connect?**

I like D&B Connect's integration with Salesforce, which is great. The installed package is pretty well connected. I find it helpful that it exposes controls that can be used to tweak the matching criteria and threshold. The bi-weekly matching re-runs are a maintenance-free way to ensure that company profile matches stay up to date. The account creation wizard through Salesforce makes it smooth for reps or BDMs to create accounts while ensuring no duplicates exist (based on DUNS number) and that matching to D&B happens before the account gets created. The initial setup of D&B Connect was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

While the account creation wizard is great, one of the minor inconveniences is that if an account is created inline through a lookup field, the wizard can't be invoked and the standard account creation flow is used, which bypasses the D&B matching process.

**What problems is D&B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use D&B Connect to enrich CRM records, driving territory management and client segmentation. Integration with Salesforce is smooth, and bi-weekly match updates keep the data current, enhancing account creation without duplication.

**What do you like best about D&B Connect?**

Project Set-Up feels straightforward; however, some additional helptext/resources would be useful in understanding how mapping/matching is done.

Customer support was very communicative and easily contactable. I felt any questions or concerns were addressed in a quick manner.

I appreciate the refresh/rematch button, as well as a bi-weekly option, available on the front of the project. It makes rerunning a job easy. However, I would like other timely cadences available as our company was not interested in running every two weeks.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

There is no indicator of how many credits/RUM is consumed prior to processing, especially for international records. We would have appreciated an indicator when the data was read to determine this amount before reviewing/approving (or, even afterwards to determine how much was consumed on our monthly basis). 

We have little control over what company information is inputted into our CRM, and it felt like a lot of work was involved prior to every rematch to scope for (& remove) international records. And despite the effort, international records were identified anyway, and more hoops were required in order to remove them. 

Contact matching feels limited. There is no tracking whether or not a contact moved companies.

Little customizability for enhancing/supplementing fields (source of truth, if this - then this/that, mixed address information) from the toolbox.

**What problems is D&B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we're primarily using D&B Connect for supplementing missing information in our CRM, the matching & enhancing capabilities have been useful in filling these in.

**What do you like best about D&B Connect?**

I appreciate the amount of data available in D&B Connect, as it greatly enhances my ability to map records from various data sources back to a DUNs record. This extensive data availability allows me to standardize a source of truth record across different data sources, thereby enriching these records with additional information. By having access to numerous data points, I can effectively fill gaps in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. It also aids in identifying records within our Total Addressable Market (TAM) and helps our representatives to prospect more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

I find the user interface of D&B Connect not as intuitive as I would hope, which suggests that more training is necessary to navigate it effectively. Moreover, the mapping process is slower than expected, as even for smaller files it takes a few hours to get results.

**What problems is D&B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use D&B Connect to standardize data and enrich records, filling CRM gaps and aiding effective prospecting.

D&B Connect platform provides good B2B data coverage with quality contact information. The multiple integration options (S3, API, and direct UI upload) make it easy to work with the data in whatever way best fits the needs.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

Some B2B firmographic fields are not available for download via the API using the contact level search APIs. The platform could also benefit from enhanced monitoring capabilities for contact job-related fields to better track career changes.

D&B Connect helps us solve contact enrichment challenges by providing enriched job title data along with demographic and firmographic details. This enriched information allows us to build more complete, marketable profiles.

**What do you like best about D&B Connect?**

I love being able to batch a data pull for a large number of records. I also like that I can customize exactly what fields of data I’d like returned. It takes a bit of trial and error, but eventually I managed to get my data pulls down to a science!

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

For me, the biggest opportunity for improvement would be in selecting those same data fields I mentioned. I think giving an example of what will be returned based on selections would save a lot of rework.

Sometimes the system feels slow when processing large amounts of data. Also, certain features require extra training to fully understand, which can be a bit challenging for new users. It would be great if the pricing options were more flexible for smaller teams.

We had used this tool for data enrichment purpose. It helped us to prefill most of the information on the records with valid DUNS details. It's easy to use and implement and the integration was also seamless.

**What do you like best about D&B Connect?**

The match to business records works quite well.  Setting up a project was straight forward once I understood the file formats and the match process.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

The interface could be improved for managing file formats and uploads.  I found that once a file is started, there isn't a delete button, so it can be frustrating when a format is not set up correctly.

It would also be helpful to have a counter of current RUM used or RUM remaining in the contract that updates in real time.  It was a very careful exercise to maximize the contract use and avoid overage charges.

Data enrichment - primarily the industry of a business, their legal name and some financial info.  With this awareness, we are able to streamline our sales & marketing efforts in the B2B space.

My sales and marketing teams often love diving into D&B Hoovers for leads and industry trends for Marketing Campaign Purpose and its good compare to zoominfo and other platforms.

**What do you dislike about D&B Connect?**

There are lots of leads have invalid informations not all but some.

**What problems is D&B Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yes, DnB solve my lots of problem like data enrichment, finding contacts with information, large data set and best thing is import and export facility.

3)job titles and all other information is damn good

1)sometimes customer service is little headache
2)takes sometime to load

Pricing is a dislike factor for me otherwise all things are good.
