
I like D&B Connect's integration with Salesforce, which is great. The installed package is pretty well connected. I find it helpful that it exposes controls that can be used to tweak the matching criteria and threshold. The bi-weekly matching re-runs are a maintenance-free way to ensure that company profile matches stay up to date. The account creation wizard through Salesforce makes it smooth for reps or BDMs to create accounts while ensuring no duplicates exist (based on DUNS number) and that matching to D&B happens before the account gets created. While the account creation wizard is great, one of the minor inconveniences is that if an account is created inline through a lookup field, the wizard can't be invoked and the standard account creation flow is used, which bypasses the D&B matching process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
