What is most useful in CYF quality is the ease of creating evaluation forms in a very practical and simplified way. As for the advantages, our professional team gained much more agility in launching the monitoring sessions and efficiency in analyzing the reports. I believe it is a disadvantage to use the system if the department does not have professionals to use and configure the platform properly. What do you like best about CYF Quality?

I use the tool daily, and this contact allows me to have some insights about CYF. What I like most about the tool is the ease of implementation; since I started using it, I haven't had any difficulties handling it, which helps me with daily tasks, making them lighter. Another point I like about CYF is the easy integration, considering it doesn't have bureaucratic and tedious processes, while at the same time offering us excellent features, such as editing tutorials, extracting results to Excel, among others. What do you dislike about CYF Quality?

The CYF tool has potential, but there is room to improve customer support, which could be more efficient by benefiting from more proactive communication and faster response times to meet users' needs more effectively. When there is system intermittence, the response time is generally long, which impacts demands. Another point for improvement would be an error within the tool; after starting a monitoring session, a countdown begins, however, when the page is reloaded, this countdown is reset, a simple error but one that affects the final result of the monitoring in terms of analysis time. I use the tool daily, and I can highlight the positives such as: the tool is simple to use, easy to understand the functionalities, support is provided quickly, whether through WhatsApp or email, the staff are always willing to help and clarify doubts, especially Lucas who always supports us. The tool also offers a range of resources, such as specific fields for entering analyses, viewing evaluations, among others. Regarding ease of implementation, we can affirm that CYF is a tool that is simple and fluid to use, being easy to handle, apply within the routine, and integrate with other tools to gather data. What do you dislike about CYF Quality?

I have some concerns regarding the use of CYF, and I will point them out as suggestions for improvement. When creating or editing a record and publishing it, we cannot make it available for more than one segment at a time, meaning we need to release one segment at a time. As an improvement, we could select the segments we want the record to be released to.

Another point of improvement relates to the volume produced by the agent (employee). A panel could be created within CYF where we could view the volume of analyses launched by agent, regardless of the segment and analysis record.

Example: Amanda Rayssa | 06/01 | cause analysis record 4.0 - 10 analyses | CX technical callback 02 analyses | alerts and signals - 10.

The things I like most about cyf Quality are the practicality and the great functionality of the program, where it is simple and complete, being easy to use for both the supervisor and the operator. What do you dislike about CYF Quality?

one of the things that bothered me about cyf was just the difficulty of logging in when forgetting the password, it is not possible to reset it on your own which takes time and sometimes makes access more difficult during the day as it depends on other people in case of an error in your entry. Other than that, it is a program with few flaws and easy to use, where my operation adapted easily to the program and I believe we will have a great journey with cyf, where I believe we will never stop using this system. Moreover, the login process could be less cumbersome, with a faster and lighter entry, without the need for a long and tedious loading, in a more simplified and simple manner, further facilitating the work in using it.
