The CYF is a great tool, but there are some points that could be improved. Additionally, I miss the possibility of linking the same agent to more than one operation, which would bring more flexibility in team management. It is a comprehensive tool for the evaluated to receive their assessment with a clear and objective visual. I like the option of feedback validation through a token with validation from the evaluated and their manager, it gives me confidence that the process at the end was followed.

For the evaluator, it is an interesting tool for filling out the checklist if it is configured correctly by the manager, in addition to being able to monitor their own performance, managing time and the volume of samples performed daily/monthly.
