A tool with an interactive visual. It is possible to change the software theme to the color I like the most. Additionally, the tool provides me with tips through its Blog site and also videos on YouTube. This shows the company's concern in helping its monitors. Furthermore, I like to use duplicated pages, and the tool allows me to duplicate the page, to have more control over my content. The CYF allows me to use various tools during monitoring. Sometimes there are some errors, bugs, in the evaluation system. It doesn't save some data for some reason, compromising the analysis and the service becomes compromised. It could be better at saving what has been analyzed to avoid losing the data already filled in. It happens that data is lost because it wasn't saved. When requesting support, the waiting time for problem resolution becomes long. As we want the situation resolved quickly, the wait becomes bad and very long. They give a one-hour timeframe to speak with the person, and when resolving, this timeframe can even extend to days. Attaching the document in the system could also be more practical, I believe. CYF is an extremely comprehensive tool, with a simple and dynamic visual. I use it daily and we can also make quick changes to records in it, always aiming for the best diagnosis. Data extraction is fast and easily integrates with other tools like SQL/POWERBI. CYF support responds promptly and generates dynamic tickets, the response usually comes in less than 24 hours and provides us with satisfactory information about the resolution of the raised issue, containing the root cause and ways to prevent it from happening again. The implementation of CYF is also usually quick and dynamic, considering that we can migrate/copy already created records, facilitating the handling and inclusion of new segments.

The only situation with CYF that I have to complain about is regarding altering a form that has already been created, since it cannot be edited or manipulated immediately after being posted, requiring the duplication of the same and changes to the new form that has not yet been posted.

As mentioned, updates are essential, but unfortunately, along with them, we have some problems in pulling reports and having them come in an assertive and complete manner. Unfortunately, we need to contact CYF to obtain the content or clear up doubts, which are always resolved in a complete and very didactic way. The servers cause discomfort in terms of quality, which ends up being disruptive because the changes create confusion for some monitors and in identifying the hierarchy of each supervisor, as most of the time, they freeze or do not provide the data completely due to the delay in retrieving this data.
