Although my experience with CYF Quality has been predominantly positive, there is one area that I believe could be improved. The customization of reports, while a solid feature, could be more flexible. Sometimes, I need to create highly specific reports to meet my team's requirements, and I feel that the customization options currently available are somewhat limited. I believe that as a point of improvement, the records could be consolidated, for example: I have 3 locations with the same record, I have to export the records to the others and when I need to download the analytical report, I need to download one by one from each of the 3 locations. What I like most about Cyf is the ease of conducting monitoring and managing both feedback and productivity, making implementation easier. Whenever we need support, we receive a quick response and resolution. Not to mention the wide variety of analytical resources available for daily use by employees and the ease of integration.
