**What do you like best about CX Genie?**

The UI/UX is top-notch! This makes creating chatbots a breeze! Integration with social media platforms and website embed are both flawless! Support is reponsive on Discord, and features are abundant - including chat flows, hybrid chat, live chat, help desk, ticketing system, forms, custom branding, and advanced features like BYOK, API, and SDK access!

**What do you dislike about CX Genie?**

As a newer player, CX Genie naturally has room for improvement. I encountered minor issues, particularly in the chat workflow. But fortunately, support on Discord is fast and reliable.

**What problems is CX Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With CX Genie, we don't need coding and advanced technical skills to create and publish a professional-looking chatbot. And unlike other similar platforms, we were able to seamlessly connect the chatbot to our Facebook Business Page and embed it on our website. Now, over 50% of our support and customer inquiries are automatically answered by chatbots.

**What do you like best about CX Genie?**

What I liked most about CX Genie is its ease of use; in minutes I can create a functional chatbot, customize its responses, and connect it with different channels like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.

**What do you dislike about CX Genie?**

It seems like a very comprehensive application, however, I would like to have more support from the team to be able to configure the tool. Although there is documentation on the matter, there are things that I don't understand very well.

**What problems is CX Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its integration with artificial intelligence has allowed me to optimize support and sales processes, doing much more in less time. The agent can respond while I am not available.

Effortlessly creating and launching AI agents across multiple channels, without writing a single line of code, makes it one of the great tools out there.

Some advance features, needs some learning from my end, to unlock its full usability of it.

from handing repetative querries to providing 24/7  support with response setup, with AI without any code experience.

Best part is that it can be integrated with whatsapp and shopify to work 24/7 so that we can respond queries on time.

It is paid, and it needs training for use.

First of all its solves my 24/7 availablilty issue through ai driven chatbots.
Secondly it automates the responses to common customer inquiries.
