Customer Focus helps in building a company from ordinary to a better one. It transforms the company and goes a step ahead.
It clarifies the customer needs and build the company.

**What do you dislike about Customer Focus?**

There are more likes than dislikes in Customer Focus however when it comes to dislikes I feel handling difficult situations could be a dislike but also a challenge to develop the skills.

**What problems is Customer Focus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer focus solves many including reduction of problems and increase in the business growth and increases the quality of the company.

**What do you like best about Customer Focus?**

The new look and feel, ease of use and features that come with it. Not only do you get an order management system but with the package, you will have access to a fully eCommerce website, 40,000 promotional items, catalogs and much more.

**What do you dislike about Customer Focus?**

On the higher end of the pricing scale but you do get a lot with the package.

**Recommendations to others considering Customer Focus:**

Ask for a demo and you can see how the system works and all of its cool features.

**What problems is Customer Focus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business is a lot more efficient since using the software. I can access it from anywhere in the world! Create quotes and visuals for my clients means I don't have to pay for any of the adobe products.
