**What do you like best about Crewhu?**

Crewhu makes it easy to collect CSAT data from customers and to reward employees. We use it on a daily basis and find it invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

Using their gift card purchasing system is expensive. Otherwise I don't think I would change a thing.

**What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crewhu provides valuable insight into our customer satisfaction levels. It allows us to track how frequently customers submit surveys and to review the scores they provide. The platform can automatically direct positive survey responses to external third-party review sites. Employees are rewarded automatically for receiving good scores, and we also have the option to give individual shout-outs with extra points when someone exceeds expectations.

I think it's expensive and could have a lower price per user.

Having a company-wide rewarding software allows every employee to recognize others while it's also seen by the rest of the team.

**What do you like best about Crewhu?**

Intuititve and easy to use.  Setting it up is fairly easy.  Fun to set up contests and prizes for your staff to work towards.  Being able to look at reports and see where you are failinig or surging ahead with customer service is a breeze. We look at it weekly to see how we are progressing with employees and their interactions with customers.  If I ever have any issues or need questions answered CrewHu is on the spot to get us taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

The only thing I do not like, is the three question survey.  An "OK" counts as a negavite.  I feel a 5 question survey is still quick and to the point and does not force a 100%, all or nothing kind of survey. Many people will not give 100% everytime and it counts against the employee.

**What do you like best about Crewhu?**

We've single-handedly improved of Google reviews, and customer engagement. We're monitoring our customer service and responsiveness with our clients. Any negative reviews we immediately handle and ensure we have a good standing relationship with our clients. Our google reviews speaks for the volume of happy and ravings fans that we have day in an day out. Our team is also very happy and they get an opportunity to cash in on rewards and gifts cards for themselves for doing an amazing job.

Some of the training we wish was readily available via video training. Otherwise the product is great to use, and its working really well.

It is an amazing tool to gague how your techs are engaging with your customers and how happy they are with them and your company over all. Also gives the techs incentives to do good work for points to redeem for prizes

Only downside, is some clients might not like receiving so many email notifications after, but they can just ignore it.

Crewhu is a great tool for gettiing customer feedback but it is more than that.  The gameification aspects are what puts Crewhu above its competitors. We use gameification to motivate and reward our staff and drive possitive behaviours to great effect.

Other than I don't win enough competitions nothing that I can think of.

Crewhu is the best app for tracking progress and helps in measuring the performance of employees.
It provides Mangers to choose variety of recogingiton options  and emplyee can earn  points for their efforts interms of discount coupons ,rewards etc.  
It makes feedback public which excites employees to be more productive in their activities. We also collects customers feedbacks through it which is relaxing for emolyees.
Crewhu is affordable software and impact on employee is great , We have observed the same in our company research.

All seems to be good. Everything is at one place related to monitoring , feedback, performance, rewards and recognition. No issue or dislike from my end.

It helps to solve problems of Lack of Employee employee recognition.  I have visiblity of employees performance and Imporvements.  
Feebacks implementation and contribution of employees ,now recogninsing through this app.

Its been almost 3 years since we are using it for our organisation . It offers various features to  create custom employee recognition award such as badges, tropies and certificates this makes employee recognition deeper and more initimate.
Through it, I can monitor and access the performance of both individuals and my team.
Automated reporting features is the most I love as it enables us to track our development and identify areas for growth.
Its makes our relatioship better with our client and employee with a happier and more productive work environment.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

It is a excellent tool for increasing customer and employee engagement, but we should be aware of any potential drawback before using it as the irregular shaky nature of its app integration with other apps.

We have trained our adminitrator and staff to become familiar with the platform and its features, this is little time consuming.

**What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me to recognise my team for adhering to our core values which is much more effective than replying only on management feedback. Customer satisfaction will increased as started  collecting customer feedback and identify areas where we need improvement in our services.
For our technical Support team, it enables to track how customer and client interact with staff members and how they perceive that the problem is solved.
I may conclude that  it is a very good platform to enhance communication between employee and managers to increase the productivity.

Crewhu make feedback quick and easy for our busy clients, and allows us to see at a glance how we are doing, and respond to any feedback that may not be exceptional. It integrated with many of our systems so allow a seemless use across those platforms.

While Crewhu does offer a lot of integrations, it's still missing some of the most important apps in our software stack that would make running contests much easier and require less manual input.

The ability to reward / recognise employees internally and from our clients in invaluable and having in one application is far more efficient and easy for everyone. It would be difficult to remove the solution from our company now as it's part of our way of ensuring we drive the right culture within our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

Its integration with Autotask PSA could be better (Employee maintenance Integration and recording the survey as notes against the relevant ticket). Reporting that allows further analysis is weak and frustrating and it really does need some attention (Without been included in the top level subscription). Some localisation options would also help, "Bucks" takes some getting used to in the UK

A way to recognise staff who show the right culture within our organisation and/or deliver customer service excellence.

Crewhu solves the problems of having each customer we support have a voice in our I.T. support services. This pin points potential dissatidfaction and we can react and make proactive changes to ensure customer santisfaction. Inturn we reward our employees when surveys are sent out and positive feedback is given to our technicians.

Crewhu is an amazing solution for getting your team engaged and invested in driving positive client experiences. Our team has really joined around crewhu and motivate each other to get more reviews as well as call each other out for the few clients that don't have the best experience (which happens to all of us)

The only thing that I would say Crewhu could add is more metrics and more integration support. Being able to recognize our employees on even more performance would make this offering even better

Getting customer feedback regarding employee engagement and allowing employees to praise each other.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

Needing to know how to code. The custom options require coding expertise. The lack of "know" of what each item is. There could be a "info" button next to each item so you know what it is and how to use it.

We thought our clients liked us but we really weren't 100% sure, now we know for sure our clients are happy with our services.

The interface is well laid out and shows just enough detail. I think it helps reward staff/colleagues on how well they're doing and how satisfied clients/customers are at the end of the day. Sometimes you'll get someone who wants to comment on how you made them feel, which exemplifies why CrewHu is so valuable.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

It pretty much ticks all the boxes. However, sometimes I feel there should be a context option to explain why good or bad feedback was given and what was needed to resolve for others to see.

**What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As part of a call centre, numerous issues are always dealt with. We need a way to track how clients/customers interact with staff and how they feel the issue was solved. CrewHu helps display that.

A simple to use system for end users and a great way to reward staff. Keeps track of Customer Satisfaction metrics and Net Promoter Score for us and allows us to reward staff across the business.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

I'd like the ability to split individuals out of tickets for CSAT scoring purposes. And I bit more customisability, you see vompletion rates drop over time as customer become used to the survey and ignore it!!

The collection of customer satisfaction feedback after every interaction with the service desk, broken down by individual team member. This allows us to track performance and CrewHu bucks allow us to reward good performance.

CrewHu is easy to use, easy to integrate, and makes rewarding great behavior simple. Everyone uses is, and it has improved our company camaraderie as well as our customer awareness.

For anyone that isn't "techy", some of the integrations are a little complicated. That being said, CrewHu has always stepped in and assisted to make sure we were able to get the complete use of the program.

CrewHu provides an easy way for use to increase community within our company and awareness of our clients. We always wanted to achieve both of those goals as a company, but never had an efficient or effective way to accomplish them.

**What do you like best about Crewhu?**

I have tried a few survey tools, and this one has the most features of any I have tested. It allows us to get more surveys, better insight into how our customers feel, and get data we can use in our sales and marketing

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

No big downsides I am aware of, as we are a new client. The price is perhaps a touch high for all the features, but the Pro package is a good balance of features and price.

**What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture is hugely important to our business, and this allows us to incentivise our team to give each other kudos for living up to our core values, which is much more effective that having this rely on management feedback.

**What do you like best about Crewhu?**

Before CrewHu, we assumed we were doing well with both clients and employees. However, once we started using CrewHu, the surveys showed us where our weaknesses were. 
We've been able to gauge client and employee satisfaction. 
We know our core values are being used by employees and we know our our clients understand them because they tell us in the CrewHu Surveys we send out.  
We are able to adjust our plan, at any time, to deliver better service. 
This has helped with client and employee retention. 
We can't say enough about how wonderful CrewHu is and, in fact, we just upgraded to the Badass plan a few months back. 
We are CrewHu Lifers at this point.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

The only thing that I would love to have access to, is a service that provides gift cards to the Philippines. 
We have had considerable trouble finding good incentives to provide our overseas Filipino employees because there just aren't a lot of programs that provide services to their country that will allow us to pay with american funds. 
However, that isn't CrewHu's fault :)

CrewHu helps us retain employees and clients. 
We are able to assess our faults and correct them.
We are also able to give shout outs to those employees who have gotten great reviews and this helps to boost morale. 
For both clients and employees, it keeps communication flowing and ensures everyone feels heard and has their issues addressed.

Crewhu has transformed our culture in a way that was very unexpected and wonderful. It also has allowed us to quickly step in if there is a customer disappointment. We use crewhu reports as one of our KPIs in the weekly meeting. Awesome company, awesome support, product keeps getting better and better. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

Integrations are a bit clunky and or incomplete, admin UI/UX choices are pretty poor requiring occasional review of KB or support to figure out things. I would like to see extensive work done on this part of the product, but certainly not a dealbreaker considering how awesome their support team and documentation is.

**What problems is Crewhu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crewhu fills a customer service gap for us. Our team quickly focused a lot more on customer service and team recognition, which changed our culture in a very specific and positive way.

Boosts morale, our techs can give each other meaningful (monetary) kudos as well as the client to the tech. We can easily measure the pulse of our clients and resolve issues quickly

The website takes some time to get used to. They did do a small redesign recently but it still has quirks like needing to clear cache/cookies to log in.

Keeping a pulse on both internal staff and our clients with instant notifications on ticket reviews and internal staff ratings called Badges. Also having a centralized store to spend these points that we can curate as we see fit.

I like that we can customize our rewards page for our engineers on our team. This helps with ensuring we are offering what they want. Its also super easy to review CSAT items from clients.

There are really no downsides to it, I feel the UI can be improved on the website, but that is probably me just being picky. I feel its a bit plain and not really appealing to the eye, but functionally its fantastic.

The ability to get the feedback from our clients is important. We know how our clients feel about us, and its enabled us to resolve issues in a timely manner should our clients feel like we didnt do our job.

CrewHu solves a problem that all companies have, how to make your staff feel loved, but ensuring that those who don't get recognition don't feel like it is unfairly based on manager's personal opinions.

It can become a little on the expensive side if the company is larger. It also does not allow you to split recognition amongst multiple staff.

Keeping staff motivated to consistantly perform at their highest levels. Providing regular small rewards instead of a once a year pay increase helps ensure that the performance is more consistant.

Easy to use and set up.  Straightforward analytics. Fast and easy to sort out teams.  Great motivation for teams to improve customer service.  The interface is simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Crewhu?**

The scoring system needs to be expanded to five and not three.  I do not like that the OK rating comes in as a negative.  Some people just click that and it comes out as a negative on our end.  It needs to be a bit more flexible.

Proper customer feedback.  Also using it to evaluate how staff members are performing and looking for ways to improve customer service.  Trying to make it fun for them to interact with customers better and be rewarded at the same time.

The way that we can see the CSAT interactions are great because we can access specifically to the part that gave the agent the reason for the points. In addition, it's not difficult to add prizes and the fact we can add as many as we need is awesome as well

When adding a picture, we need to cut it multiple times when has been already cut. In addition, sometimes it gets a bit slow and we need to close it or postpone the feeling of giving points to a co-worker

The staff can see the results quickly. The CS rating was applied to the website for bragging rights and customer reviews were automatically added to our site, keeping that section from going stale.
