The AI audience segmentation is incredibly strong, automatically identifying high-intent users, churn-risk customers, and repeat buyers. This feature allows us to run hyper-targeted campaigns without spending hours building lists manually. The omnichannel campaign builder, covering email, SMS, and WhatsApp, is smooth and consistent, letting us create entire automated flows like abandoned cart, browse recovery, or post-purchase follow-ups in one workflow, saving time and reducing mistakes. Another strength is the onboarding and support, which was fast, with responsive help and clear, practical advice for best practices in Germany. For German market needs, the compliance and double opt-in workflows are functional but could be more streamlined and native, especially for customers who want fully pre-built, legally safe templates without extra setup. We want ready-to-use DOI flows that already include compliant consent language, clear opt-in steps, and legally safe wording—so we don’t have to hire a lawyer to review every part of the setup. Right now, tracking and storing consent history is possible but not clean. We need a dedicated section where we can see exactly when and how a user gave consent, what channels they agreed to (email, SMS, WhatsApp), and easily export proof for regulators.
