Easy to use interface means we can easily make updates and build from templates we design. Integration with various platforms we use already - Shopify, Salesforce, Facebook/Instagram - make getting information we gather from other sources into Constant Contact easy and sharing information on social media is simplified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation? Automations have limitations on them unless you pay for an upgrade. Only 10 steps and they must follow a preset definition of what Constant Contact expects the automation to do. We were using decision trees to identify customers who had NOT met a certin criteria and send them emails, but the automations require emails to go to customers who HAVE met certain criteria. We not only need to send out emails to customers, but also to track subscribe/unsubscribe status, funnel customers into our marketing processes, and reach out automatically to specific customers when we have determined they need contact from us.
