Automations have limitations on them unless you pay for an upgrade. Only 10 steps and they must follow a preset definition of what Constant Contact expects the automation to do. We were using decision trees to identify customers who had NOT met a certain criteria and send them emails, but the automations require emails to go to customers who HAVE met certain criteria.
