I love the ability to customize how we want it synced with the rules engine. Overall great program and easy to setup and use. We use it multiple times a day to sync our ecommerce orders. The biggest thing for us is the two-way sync with QuickBooks. Having customers, products, and orders stay updated between systems saves us a lot of manual work. I like Connex because it's easy to use for all of our business needs. It's also a great price point for the features it offers compared to other software. I appreciate that it does what it says it does and seamlessly imports Shopify orders into QuickBooks for fulfillment and shipping.
