I love the ability to customize how we want it synced with the rules engine. Overall great program and easy to setup and use. We use it multiple times a day to sync our ecommerce orders. Customer support is amazing. We had an issue with our orders not syncing the way we wanted it to and Connex Support worked with us to make sure we got it to work exactly the way we wanted it to!

Connex helps us link various accounting-related systems that should connect on their own... but don't. Even with AI-related interfaces, there is nothing like Connex to link our systems and transactions.

I like the two way sync of customers, products and orders between my selling channels and QuickBooks. I liked the guided trial where their staff helped with the set-up and testing of the software. Their U.S. based support team was responsive and helped make the implementation a success! I like the deposit and payout matching with Connex. Deposit matching saves about 10 hours a week of matching transactions by hand. I like how Connex makes it easy to reconcile faster, sync my stock changes and handle custom mappings of orders and products.
