
What I like most is how well it works with other ConnectWise tools. If you're already using something like ConnectWise Manage, this fits right in and keeps everything in sync. Turning tickets into projects or tasks is smooth, and it helps keep things organized across the team. I also really like how Moovila integrates with it—it makes scheduling and tracking progress a lot easier, especially when managing multiple resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface can be clunky, especially for newer users. It’s not always intuitive, and you might spend time just trying to figure out where things are. Also, the tax calculations are unreliable, so we have to double-check everything in a separate billing system. Some of the automation tools are helpful, but you’ll need to do quite a bit of tweaking to make them work the way you want—especially if your projects don’t follow a standard template.
