
We've used Confiant for several years now, and before them we had used several compairable products for monitoring and combating malvertisements and heavy ads. really the best indicator for us is how many complaints we get from our publishers. Before Confiant there seemed to be little or no change to complaints when we used ad quality services. But since we have started working with Confiant the complaints are very few and far between. When we do have issues, their general support team is quick to dig into issues, communicate progress, and follow-up with resolutions.
We also like how they are still innovating in their space and each quarter they highlight new things they are working on to provide even more value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike the most is the fact that they even have to exist. Their business model is around combating bad actors in the ad tech industry, which is sad that they are able to build a successful model around that.
