
I had problems with a setup I did, but the support did respond on time. Normally, they don't work on weekends, and that's why they delayed over the weekend, but on weekdays they do address any issues that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GeeLark is good, I rate it 9 out of 10, not the absolute 10 because there are some details to improve, and it's the prior information before using their services, there should be basic setup instructions. The user must have some knowledge to navigate. It's not that it's extremely difficult to handle the product, just that there is certain information that is not immediately apparent and can lead you to make mistakes, so everyone should take precautions before using any cloud service.
