Isolating the browser environments and using cloud phones is incredibly easy with GeeLark. As a digital agency, we often have to work with multiple clients and run regional website strategies, and that means having a fully isolated footprint. The stable profiles of GeeLark make sure that we can test the clients' platforms without any session cross-contamination at all.

**What do you dislike about GeeLark?**

The subscription plans can be quite expensive for mid-size agencies when trying to scale the amount of cloud phone profiles at once. Also, the initial set-up may take a bit longer due to the proxy setup in the dashboard, which can be slightly tricky for non-technical members of our team.

The fact that I can launch completely isolated, uncontaminated cloud mobile environments and desktop accounts instantly is a huge deal. While other anti-detect browser tools usually change browser fingerprints, GeeLark uses isolated operating systems environments. It proves to be very handy when we need to keep our network configurations separate while doing security audits.

The configuration of complex proxy chain setups along with cloud devices may be somewhat challenging for novice team members. I would like to see support of IdPs for more convenient team access.

**What do you like best about GeeLark?**

Very easy to use and many easy to use automations  like for warming up social media account to avoid manual repetitive tasks. The speed of the cloud phones is just as good as other provider i have tried obviously cloud phones do have some amount of lag. I use proxies from decodo and they connect and work flawlessly without any problems. The thing i like most is pricing tho. They have very reasonable plans as well compared to many other cloud phone providers and they have a whats app group with support staff and a community to help you out in case you need anything. Many AI features on the app as well.

I cant think much of anything to warrant 'negtive' in any respect. I guess latency of cloudphones could be improved just a little. And i wish they had inbuilt proxies of their own as well so i could have everything in one place

I had problems with a setup I did, but the support did respond on time. Normally, they don't work on weekends, and that's why they delayed over the weekend, but on weekdays they do address any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about GeeLark?**

GeeLark is good, I rate it 9 out of 10, not the absolute 10 because there are some details to improve, and it's the prior information before using their services, there should be basic setup instructions. The user must have some knowledge to navigate. It's not that it's extremely difficult to handle the product, just that there is certain information that is not immediately apparent and can lead you to make mistakes, so everyone should take precautions before using any cloud service.

GeeLark was supposed to facilitate the use of mobile devices in the cloud for social networks, but it failed. Their phones are slow and lack the required certifications. Additionally, online support is ineffective and refunds take a long time.

I try out a few platforms before, but Geelark really got something solid. Their cloud phone and undetectable browser work very smooth. Can use for long hour without lag.

Most important is the support. Mina very helpful and patient with me, explain step by step. Not like other place just ignore you after payment.

If you need safe device setup for work or testing, this one really can be trusted.

The downside is the dashboard is a bit hard to understand at first. especially for beginner. Not a problem, once you get used to it.
