They try to find a solution for everything, so I can't say there's anything we don't like. One idea for improvement would be Brand Safety, so that the screenshots do not appear in a bad environment. It eliminates the manual work by sales teams to create screenshots. **What do you dislike about AdWallet?** We have been challenging AdWallet to provide screenshot synchs from multiple ad platforms into salesforce, whilst the team has been great with this in answering the challenge, it does require our own strong salesforce admin resources to pull it off. They keep us updated with updates to the platform and new features. **What do you dislike about AdWallet?** Nothing. Sometimes the screenshots are not ideal, but you can push a creative or have your AM assist. **What problems is AdWallet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building screenshot decks is not a lot of fun and can be a manual endeavor that takes up time better used to service clients. The AdWallet platform makes building decks something fast and easy. The platform is very easy to use and it cut down the time it took building screenshot decks from over an hour to 10 minutes! ### 13.
