The onboarding videos are very easy to understand, and the integration is simple and quick; everything is set up within a few minutes. Bulk editing features are also strong, and overall the biggest advantage is the huge time saving for the whole team! We need only about one tenth of the time to set up ads. On top of that, the customer support is truly excellent: very friendly, proactive, and always quick to help. I use this tool daily to manage ads for 5 venues in Miami. Extremely easy to set up - literally takes less than 5 minutes. The platform runs without any lag. Even if you’re not running 100+ ads per account each month, the ability to set ad-level settings per account—and skip Meta’s frustrating default AI features with their cheat sheet—is worth it alone. This is the future of digital advertising. **What do you dislike about Kitchn.io?** Currently, I don’t see any features that are a big red flag. One cool upgrade would be the ability to set custom sizes for creatives. Right now, you can upload three sizes to one ad on Meta (story, square, and right column/search results), but honestly, the right column/search results size feels pretty useless. One thing I like about Kitchn is they do a few specific tasks very well, rather than add a lot of useless features which look good on a sales page but in reality no one uses. It has got out of hand and the native interface is now cluttered and slows you down.
