Kitchn.io has a super clear and well-structured dashboard, which makes navigating the platform very easy and intuitive. Uploading ads is extremely fast compared to doing it manually in Meta Business Manager it saves a ton of time. The onboarding videos are very easy to understand, and the integration is simple and quick; everything is set up within a few minutes. Bulk editing features are also strong, and overall the biggest advantage is the huge time saving for the whole team! We need only about one tenth of the time to set up ads.

On top of that, the customer support is truly excellent: very friendly, proactive, and always quick to help.

One cool upgrade would be the ability to set custom sizes for creatives.

Right now, you can upload three sizes to one ad on Meta (story, square, and right column/search results), but honestly, the right column/search results size feels pretty useless. When it works it's glorious, but whenever it needs troubleshooting it can be cumbersome. Due to the differences in timezone it takes a while before we get to figure out whether it's a platform issue or if the brief is incorrectly filled up or missed some details. Using Kitchn is extremely easy and user friendly. It makes uploading ads very simple, and when you are launching hundreds of creatives, this is the way to go. I've hired a virtual assistant to upload ads and it's extremely simple. Sure they can do it in the ads manager, but I just get them to use Kitchn, because it takes less time, and they can spend more time on other tasks things, rather than sitting in ads manager, waiting for ads to upload, then struggling to publish it. Kithcn's rules and automations are much more reliable than Meta's rules in platform. This has allowed us to always make sure our client's ad accounts are optimized and no ads that don't meet our KPI thresholds are ever turned on longer than a couple of hours. I've been looking for this kind of a tool for a long time. It basically replace junior media buyer for you, and saves a lot of time. I can push hundreds of ads within few minutes. That used to take me hours and hours. And I don't need to upload creative to my computer. All you do is choose it from Drive. Amazing tool.
