**What do you like best about ConcentrixCX?**

I really appreciate ConcentrixCX's instant alert system, which acts like a smoke detector for unhappy customers. It notifies me immediately when someone has a bad experience so I can address it right away. I also find it helpful that ConcentrixCX connects with tools like Salesforce, Shopify, and Slack, as it allows customer feedback to 'talk' to my sales and support apps without copying and pasting. This integration ensures that alerts are sent directly to my team's chat or help desk, enabling us to fix issues promptly. Additionally, the setup of ConcentrixCX is generally straightforward and smooth, thanks to their supportive team, making the process easier even though organizing data and moving it from old systems can be challenging.

**What do you dislike about ConcentrixCX?**

The main drawbacks are that the software is complex and difficult to learn, often requiring a lot of training before you feel comfortable using it. Because it is built for huge companies, the dashboard can feel cluttered and old fashioned making it hard to find a simple answer quickly.

**What problems is ConcentrixCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ConcentrixCX to gather customer feedback efficiently, solve the problem of missing important complaints, and get instant alerts for immediate issue resolution. It integrates with other tools like Salesforce, which helps streamline communication and ensures quick action.

With ConcentrixCX, I was able to gather feedback coming from the different sources like the surveys and the social media. Due to its comprehensive nature, this approach offers insights the customer sentiment and their level of satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about ConcentrixCX?**

The lack of ultimate grouping options for the customers or the feedback options limits the flexibility of segmenting a particular segment of customers.

**What problems is ConcentrixCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConcentrixCX has enhanced my capacity to capture and analyze customer feedbacks. This way I am able to get the bigger picture and come up with trends that can be improved on from other sources of feedback.
