We had outgrown the built-in Magento Reporting tools and needed a more user friendly, robust, data-driven tool, to help manage our growing business. Using Conative, internal teams that were previously siloed are now able to connect and collaborate more effectively and efficiently. Using the product performance analytics and forecasting tools, we can make more calculated and informed decisions about inventory management. This has helped us improve our cash flow and manage our stock better as our business grows. Matching this with marketing performance data, our merchandising and marketing teams can track other performance attributes to optimize ad spend, plan content creation, and make quick marketing decisions. This improved visibility and collaboration has allowed us to move quickly and have immediate positive impact on our sales. **What do you dislike about Conative AI?** Conative added immediate value to our company. We look forward to new solutions and data that Conative will be able to provide in the future. **What problems is Conative AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our out of the box Magento Reporting tool is clunky and hard to use. It is not user friendly and no longer was able to support our growing business. Conative AI immediately solved our sales & inventory reporting needs. In addition they synced other marketing data that allows the inventory planning department to collaborate more closely with the marketing department to optimize our product performance. ### 2. It brings forward real time data that we can use across several teams to have a single source of truth, allowing us to make quick decisions in our day to day workflow as well as solve for complex future decisions that historically were done in spreadsheets. **What do you dislike about Conative AI?** Dont have any real downsides of Conative. Being a newer platform there are features we are excited to get but the Conative team is amongst the best I have ever worked with regarding communication of future roadmap and helping answer any questions. **What problems is Conative AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed us to move off of spreadsheets and into a power yet user friendly interface. Inventory planning and managing overstock/understock has always been a complex and labor intensive process until now with conative.
