It is a favourite at work! **What problems is Coconut Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like I said, scheduling members is simple and easy to do. I appreciate all of the options we have access too. ### 2. A great interface that's easy to use and the ability to use defined shortcuts to certain calendars is a plus. **What do you dislike about Coconut Software?** Would like to see a better mobile experience, but I hear it's coming! **Recommendations to others considering Coconut Software:** It's super easy to use and administer. Totally recommend it. **What problems is Coconut Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to reduce the time spent interacting with clients just to find a time. We have also been able to put the control back to the client so they can schedule a time that works for them. It's reduced our admin time and made the client experience so much better. ### 4. The whole platform, back-end and client view is so intuitive. I also am very impressed with how open the Coconut team is with enhancements and product development. **What do you dislike about Coconut Software?** I will say, it is difficult to manage staff that work at multiple locations but do not have regular schedules. Also, I'd like to see more analytics on the channels clients are using to book appointments. **What problems is Coconut Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** From a marketing standpoint, we are able to provide our members and community with an easier way to schedule with staff at a time and location that works for their busy schedules.
