"Fast dialing and solid routing"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I love the auto-dialer and how clean the call log looks. Salespeople can call a list of leads very quickly without having to dial manually, and having the automatic recordings right there makes it much easier to audit calls and provide feedback to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The desktop app sometimes has issues with the call log. There are times when the recent history simply doesn't load or gets stuck, and you have to open the web dashboard just to see previous calls or notes. It takes quite a bit of time when you're in the middle of a call session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudTalk Makes International Outbound Sales Easy and Efficient"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is how easy it is to use for daily outbound sales. Calling international prospects is straightforward, the call quality is reliable, and I can easily keep track of previous calls and contact history. It saves time and makes our sales workflow much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The main downside for me is the contact management and importing process. Uploading and updating larger contact lists could be more intuitive, and sometimes it takes a bit too much manual work to make sure everything is imported correctly. Overall, though, these are relatively minor issues compared to the benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Monthly Renewals and a Helpful 15-Day Grace Period"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What stands out most is CloudTalk's flexibility with monthly subscription renewals. They offer a generous 15-day grace period after the billing cycle ends, which is immensely helpful for startups managing tight cash flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Overall, the platform functions very well, but one minor downside is how strict the outgoing call credit balance works. Even if your main subscription package is active, if your calling credits run out or dip into the negative, calling features are immediately disabled until topped up. "CloudTalk Delivers a Smooth, Reliable Calling Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Among all the platforms we’ve used, CloudTalk stands out the most in terms of usability, reliability, and overall functionality. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, the call quality is consistently reliable, and the features genuinely help improve productivity.

I especially appreciate the ability to easily track my daily calls, as well as the automatic timezone detection for the markets I’m calling, which makes international outreach much more efficient and organized.

Overall, CloudTalk has provided the smoothest and most seamless calling experience for me so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Some features could be made more intuitive, but overall, my experience with CloudTalk has been positive and it’s a helpful tool for my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Convenient Tool for Managing Business Calls"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is how simple it makes our day-to-day calling. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so I can quickly find call history, contacts, and recordings without wasting time figuring things out.

The integrations are also really useful because they keep our calling activity connected with the other tools we use. It means less switching between systems and makes it easier to keep customer conversations organized.

Performance has been reliable, which is probably one of the most important things for a calling platform. I also find the call recording and analytics helpful when I need to review conversations or check activity.

The AI features are a nice bonus, especially for things like transcriptions and call summaries. They save some manual work and make it easier to go back through conversations.

From a value-for-money perspective, CloudTalk has been worthwhile because it brings calling, reporting, integrations, and useful automation together in one place. The onboarding was straightforward as well, and whenever we needed help, support was responsive.

Overall, CloudTalk has made our calling process more organized and less time-consuming. It’s easy enough to use every day but still has enough features to support a growing team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I haven’t come across any major issues with CloudTalk so far. The platform is straightforward to use, the integrations fit well into our workflow, and the overall call performance has been reliable. I also like having features such as analytics, call recording, and AI tools available in the same platform.

The onboarding experience was smooth, and the support has been helpful when needed. Overall, CloudTalk has been a good fit for our calling needs, and I’m happy with the experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid solution for sales calling and performance tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like best about CloudTalk is how easy it is to use and how smoothly it integrates with the CRM. It makes it simple for the sales team to manage calls, keep activities properly tracked, and have all the relevant information in one place. The reporting and call analytics are also very useful for monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement. CloudTalk has been reliable in our day-to-day use. Calls connect quickly, the platform generally runs smoothly, and we haven't experienced major performance issues. The overall speed is good, both when making calls and when syncing activity with the CRM, which is important for keeping the sales workflow efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One area that could be improved is the interface when setting up and managing integrations. It could be more intuitive and user-friendly, making it easier to understand the configuration options and manage integrations without needing additional guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Easy-to-Use Phone System That Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like best about CloudTalk is how reliable and easy to use it is. Everything is straightforward, from managing calls and contacts to keeping track of call activity. It also integrates well with the tools we already use, which makes it easy for the team to adopt. Most importantly, the call quality has been consistently good and we haven’t had any issues with the platform. The value is very good compared to what we’re paying. For us, the biggest benefit is the reliability and the fact that we don’t have to worry about missed calls or technical issues. The AI reception feature is also valuable because it helps us capture leads even when we can’t answer the phone. Considering the functionality, ease of use, and peace of mind it provides, we feel CloudTalk offers very good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There isn’t much I dislike about CloudTalk. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and haven’t run into any major issues. If I had to mention one thing, some of the more advanced settings can take a little time to get familiar with, but once everything is configured, it works very smoothly. "Excellent Tool for Managing and Scaling a Sales Team"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I’ve tried quite a few different cold calling and sales communication platforms, but CloudTalk is by far the one I’ve been most satisfied with. What I value most is the level of control and visibility it gives me over our calling activity.

The reporting and analytics are especially useful. I can easily see the data I need to understand how the team is performing, monitor activity, and identify areas where we can improve. Having all of this information in one place makes it much easier to manage the sales process and make decisions based on actual data rather than assumptions.

Another feature I find extremely valuable is the ability to listen back to calls. This has been particularly useful for training our sales representatives. Instead of relying only on what a salesperson tells me about a call, I can actually listen to real conversations, identify what went well, spot mistakes, and use specific examples to help the team improve. It has become a very practical training and coaching tool for us.

I also like the ability to add notes and keep track of relevant information around calls. There are a lot of additional features that make the platform more useful than just a tool for making phone calls.

One unexpected benefit has been how much easier it has made managing and improving our sales team. The combination of call recordings, metrics, data, and notes gives me a much clearer picture of what is actually happening on the phones.

I’ve tested many other solutions in the past, and they either lacked the features I needed or didn’t give me the same level of control. CloudTalk has become an important part of our cold calling workflow, and overall, I’m very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The main thing I would improve about CloudTalk is the initial onboarding process. Although the platform is intuitive and relatively easy to understand, it does take a few hours to properly learn all of its features and understand how to get the most out of it.

This is even more noticeable when onboarding a sales team. You need to spend some additional time training the team so everyone can use the platform confidently and take advantage of its different features.

That said, I think this is also a consequence of CloudTalk offering so many functionalities and options. Once you understand how everything works, the platform is very straightforward to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
