"Cloudtalk as an optimizer in call management."
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

As a case manager, I handle a constant volume of follow-ups and need a tool that doesn't complicate my life. Being able to take notes during the conversation, have the recording available immediately, and transfer calls to colleagues in a couple of clicks makes the workflow really agile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What I like least is that sometimes the desktop app doesn't allow me to play recordings directly from the call history. When I need to review a specific detail of a recent conversation with a client, I end up having to open the browser, go to the web dashboard, apply filters, and manually search for the call to listen to it. "CloudTalk’s Practical AI Features Keep Us Efficient and Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is how practical it is for everyday use, especially its AI features. They save us time, make our workflows more efficient, and help us stay organized day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One thing I dislike about CloudTalk is that when the person you’re calling is not directly reachable, there is no audio or indication before the call simply ends. It would be helpful to have a short message or notification so you know what happened. And sometimes when the WIFI has bad connection, the call ends Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Always-Available Support and Seamless HubSpot Integration for Sales Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I really like that the customer service is always available whenever you need help with anything. It integrates seamlessly with HubSpot, especially for people working in roles such as SDRs, BDRs, or Account Executives. You also have the option to use different phone numbers and make calls to different countries across Europe. It’s a service I highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Sometimes the connection with HubSpot isn’t the best, and you may end up not having your login information or all your calls properly logged with the notes. However, I hope they’re working on improving this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Integration and Lightning-Fast Click-to-Call"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The integration with HubSpot and the possibility to call click-to-call in just seconds Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I checked there is a bug when you write comments after making a call and some letters disappear and you have to type them again. Also, though the HubSpot integration is great in general, every time a click-to-call from HubSpot a HubSpot window pops-up and need to close it every time. Hope they fix it soon. "Interface intuitive et Power Dialer ultra efficace pour la prospection"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Setup, Clean UI, and Helpful AI Call Summaries"
4/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

It was very easy and intuitive to get started and use the service. The integrations and connections with other applications were also straightforward and worked well.

The UI/UX is clean and really good. Occasionally, the information exchange isn’t fully complete and some details are missing, but that doesn’t happen often.

Performance was quite good overall, and the call quality was mostly good.

The pricing feels pretty fair, and the AI/intelligence features are helpful—for example, summarizing a call and quickly pulling up information from the most recent calls.

It also offers a solid dashboard that gives a clear overview of your calling activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I disliked that, at times, the information sync didn’t work properly, so it showed different stats. This didn’t happen often and the differences weren’t big, so I think it’s more of a small bug.

The integration UI could also be a bit better and more modern.

Overall, I think the performance and technical aspects were good.

I didn’t need to use support, so I can’t really say anything about that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use and well integrated with HubSpot"
3.5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The B2B and B2C team switched from Ringover to CloudTalk a month ago, and the learning curve has been minimal: it is really easy to use from day one. The integrations (we have it connected with HubSpot) have been the most valuable aspect for us so far, avoiding the manual logging of calls in the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What frustrates me the most is accessing the API key: it's not easy to get it and set up an automation to extract call data to other tools. With only a month of use, we are still looking for a better way to connect it with the rest of our stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudTalk has simplified our customer communication and improved our team's efficiency."
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

We've had a really good experience with CloudTalk so far. It's easy to use, integrates well with our CRM, and makes managing customer calls much more convenient. The call quality has been reliable, and the AI features, like call summaries, help save time. The setup process was straightforward, and whenever we've needed support, the team has been quick to help. Overall, it's been a great investment for our business and has made our daily workflow much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the pricing, as some of the more advanced features can get expensive for smaller teams. We've also experienced the occasional minor lag in the interface, but nothing that has significantly affected our work. Overall, these are small drawbacks, and the platform has been reliable and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A tool that optimizes my daily management"
5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is that it greatly facilitates call management with clients and tracking each conversation. It is a practical and easy-to-use tool for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Sometimes, calls appear in the history but take a while to be available for playback. It would be ideal if they could be available immediately, without that delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudTalk’s Analytics, Seamless Pipedrive Integration, and Smart Local Area Code Dialing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The upsides of CloudTalk compared to other dialing platforms are:

- The accessibility for small teams to utilize one seat without being tied to a minimum.

- The analytics dashboard has everything and more in terms of call data and performance for each user/ seat.

- Integration feature with Pipedrive seems more seamless than other dialers

- BIGGEST takeaway is the area code dialer. You can purchase numbers in certain area codes, and your dialer will automatically route your call through the closest area code or location. Increasing pick-up rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I would appreciate it more if CloudTalk offered raw transcripts through their Dashboard as a part of the basic plan. Rather than just voice mp3s, which take time to download and transcribe.

The add-on costs can be a little high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
