"I highly recommend this tool"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

We've been using Celigo CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite for the last several months and it has streamlined many of our processes. Reports that used to take 2 hours are ready in less than 5 minutes. It's convenient to work in Excel without needing to switch to NetSuite, yet have the current NetSuite data at our fingertips. Their support is fantastic, their technical support personnel are knowledgeable and quick to respond, and their online resources for training are thorough and easy to use. What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

Currently, the templates for accessing NetSuite data cannot be shared with other users in your organization, so when a group collaborates, each person has to re-create the process. I believe this is being fixed in their next release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need to re-create and email the same report each month. Reports can be set on a schedule, so once you have a working copy, it will automatically update. Spreadsheets containing the report can be shared with team members who don't use NetSuite. If there are suggested changes, it's a quick fix to the searches and a click of a button to update the report. Our team is using their time more efficiently. "Netsuite CSV import is a distant memory"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

CloudExtend Excel Integration Apps are impressive. I’m thrilled to be able to build a real-time dashboard from NetSuite saved searches, and not have to worry about CSV imports any longer. "Celigo CloudExtend"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

The functionality and integration with Oracle NetSuite is very user friendly. Creating templates from saved searches is very helpful too. There is a new "Burst" feature that updates data simultaneously which speeds up the import process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

If you use the multi-bin feature in Oracle NetSuite, do not purchase this product. Cloud Extend does not support this feature yet and Celigo will set you up on their old soon to be depricated platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

I like the ease and efficiency of being able to update my NetSuite data without having to create a template in NetSuite, then create a CSV file and upload it, sometimes multiple times depending on the quality of the data. With this tool, I can pull my data in and immediately check it for accuracy and then run the update with instantaneous feedback on each record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Can't live without it"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

I've been using CloudExtend for the past 3-4 years and it is amazing. I live in Excel so being able to make updates to NetSuite without switching screens or creating a new .csv upload is so helpful and saves me an enormous amount of time. I feel more confident using CloudExtend than NetSuite's .csv uploader to update existing records and create new records. It's easier to use and more efficient. The support staff is also extremely helpful and I've worked with them throughout the years - shout out to Joseph G.! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

Last I checked it's still not possible to update the base price on an Inventory Item record. Otherwise, no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ExtendInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

I mainly use CloudExtend to update Inventory Item records. I work in e-commerce for a company with thousands of SKUs and new SKUs being added every day so there is a lot of mass updating that needs to happen. "Best app for Salesforce - ever."

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

Ease of use and power of functionality, and the support team. We don't have a dedicated admin, and we've spent countless hours cleaning up our database and fixing errors. With this tool, I can export records, clean them, and import them in minutes as opposed to hours and days of fixing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

The only ONLY issue I seem to have is uploading massive record counts and having issues with the records that are timing out the upload or causing it not to complete. Deeper looks into the data showed that there were errors in the data, but it still required some deeper looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ExtendInsights:

I wish I had this tool to start when I launched our org and we boostrapped our version of Salesforce for our orgs. We didn't use a high dollar consultant (frankly I don't know how any small business does) and this helps fix the oops that happen with users, and myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My very favorite time-saving device!"

What do you like best about ExtendInsights?

Once I get it figured out (I'm a slow learner) whatever I'm doing just takes moments and voila! the data is in Salesforce--or out of Salesforce in moments! I like the template creation as a way to standardize what I'm trying to do. I sometimes dread a coming excel process, but once I dive in with Cloud Extend (and figure out what I'm doing, all is good! What do you dislike about ExtendInsights?

I have discovered bugs (which the Cloud Extend team seems grateful to learn about and fixes immediately) And sometimes I have an emergency and support is not always able to handle emergencies. They are apologetic and jump right it to fix or help. And I realize that not many support teams out there are able to handle an emergency. Sometimes the filters are awkward and you have to do something SQL-like. (They always help me if my project needs some SQL logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Putting products into Salesforce (Products and Pricebooks) is a breeze. Especially adding to the second Price book. I clean up my storage easily by deleting items and it handles the quantity delete beautifully. Of course any import or export. It has helped me with my fear of importing.
