Clootrack's advanced analytics capabilities are a game changer. Breaking down departmental silos to line up data sources, having the option to break unstructured data into themes and subthemes , and look at customer sentiment by themes has markedly improved the quality of insights we are able to report back to the business

**What do you dislike about Clootrack?**

Some of the visualization dashboards could use improvement for clarity - with that being said, the team is incredibly open to feedback and willing to collaborate

Finding themes and subthemes in out unstructured data across multiple sources, identifying trends over time

**What do you like best about Clootrack?**

It is the first port-of-call for understanding main category drivers, key sub-themes, and competitive performance of brands in the category. The fact that it is scraped and analysed by an automated, AI-driven process makes the findings objective and unbiased. It is also excellent for tracking trends in the category or effectiveness of initiatives by specific brands. 
The new Tableau-based graphing capabilities allow quick presentation of key data, and the dashboard interface is easy to understand and use. 
As a strategy consultant, Clootrack is my usual go-to for a quick and remarkably detailed overview of the category and brands without investing in time-consuming and expensive primary consumer research.

**What do you dislike about Clootrack?**

No real downsides, but potential improvement areas include more customisable tabulation and graphing formats, better ways to export data to other software for further analysis and better AI tools for insighting and analysis.

**What problems is Clootrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a brand strategy consultant, I need to develop detailed consumer insights and anaytics tracking behaviour and preferences. Rather than commissioning primary market research which is both time-consuming and expensive, Clootrack can get me detailed analysis of all consumer feedback on social media available in the category. It can drill down into category themes and sub-themes, how individual brands are perecived on key aspects, and identify key action areas for each brand. The dashboard interface and graphing options ensure that a single consultant can analyse the data and develop a report in a fraction of the time that was needed earlier. This represents huge savings in time, money and people. Also, the findings are extremly robust as the data volumes analysed are very large.

Clootrack has been very easy to use. The dashboards offer a variety of insights into the operations offered by our facilities of interest. We have been using Clootrack to understand customer service and reviews from many US facilities, and have found that we have been able to integrate reviews from places such as reddit, twitter and other social media websites. This has been great at allowing us to pinpoint areas to recommend changes. Customer support has been very useful at helping us edit the features we want displayed on the dashboard. I really enjoyed interacting with the LLM/chat feature to gain insights from the data.

The interface could be a bit neater, and better graphics.

I like the team at Clootrack were always eager to go above and beyond to handle our team's custom product request, even if they may have been edge cases. Clootrack is a super friendly team and led by a great group of people.

Clootrack offers so much, in terms of analytics, the UX may be cleaner if they streamlined their offering.

The only downside I can think of currently is the inability for comparisons or to trace back verbatim to the sources they came from when using the AskMe feature.

1. Easy to use – the software is incredibly user-friendly and requires no prior coding expertise. 
2. Insights are a step above other consumer intelligence platforms. I have had many demos of different platforms, but Clootrack methodology and dashboards work to find robust explanations behind strong emotional reactions or trending conversation topics.
3. The Clootrack team is a skilled and talented group. They are great to work with –  responsive and creative, delivering high-quality insights. The added data scientist support during project creation/scoping, source volume checks, dashboard iterations, and overall insights elevates the output and process for me.
4. Clootracks is adaptable, dynamic, and innovative. Our needs are not one-size-fits-all; every project is unique in source types, categories studied, and reporting requirements. Clootracks can fill the gaps and help me find the best solution given the individual project needs. This customization results in more impactful consumer intelligence insights.

The CX dashboards are not available in real-time. There's a weekly/ fortnightly update based on your organization's data-sharing practices. The delay could mean missing out on challenges the users highlight that could have been resolved but ended up being full-blown escalations.

1. The consolidated view from various data sources helps us get a clearer picture of themes driving CX. While one can look at tweets tagging your brand or go through app Store reviews, it’s challenging to systematically look at a broader picture. 

2. Clear, actionable items backed by quantitative and qualitative data make it easy for the relevant internal teams to review and take appropriate action. The VOCs are also cleaned up to reduce junk, and only the relevant verbatims are put together by category for easy consumption.

Simply one of the best In-sighting tools to help mine Social Media Data - and structure it against any internal reference (be it related to Customer Care or Marketing or anything else) - while having a significant focus on both accuracy & scalability. At the same time, Clootrack requires minimal effort - since it has  Unsupervised Learning at its core - which immensely reduces the turnaround time & in-process expedites the Tool readiness for the organization.

It not being a complete suite - Social Listening + ORM + In-sighting

**What problems is Clootrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping structure big data (Social Media) - aggregated through our brand pages, public forums/blogs, etc. - against our internal references (Customer Care, Marketing, etc.) to help draw insights in real-time. This is what we have tried to solve through Clootrack.
There are several use cases. To mention one of them, through this, we have been able to identify - where in our customer journey (pre-sales, sales process, post-sales, etc.), the Customer Experience is getting distorted the most.

Recommend that you have a clear target audience in a topical niche or geographical niche or a combination of both. The overall display of data can be improved upon. But for our current purposes, it gets the point across very clearly.

The Smartness of the Filtering, it picks the right conversations and reviews for the analysis  unlike a lot of tools i have used, Zero invalid convos.

Inability to change chart formats or export charts - someones a a diff statistical chart works better than the default options to make a point in a report.

Clootrack is extremely versatile and has tremendous AI Machine learning capabilities to transform social media or online data as well as offline enterprise data into valuable insights.  Client users across industries, geographies have been wowed by the learnings and insights which has significantly led to better business and marketing decisions including better Campaigns, Brand positioning and innovation strategies. The proprietary  advanced methods and models to decode emotions is extremely unique and leads to identification of authentic customer / consumer perceptions about the product category and brands.

**What do you dislike about Clootrack?**

The Clootrack AI engine is technically advanced and the Clootrack management and client service team is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the capabilities of the Clootrack platform. The team has great opportunities to develop presenting and showcasing the Clootrack generated analysis outputs using interesting and powerful visual graphics and advanced aesthetics and design techniques to make the insights come alive to the end users and clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Clootrack:**

I suggest having a personal chat with one of the Clootrack executives will extremely helpful to understand the immense capabilities of the platform for Marketing, Communication and Brand Managers and Advertisers. The Clootrack team is very responsive and eager to help.

Clootrack outputs have multiple applications in the areas of Marketing Strategy, Brand and Communication Strategy, Innovation strategy across wide range of industries such as Banking/Finance, Telecom, FMCG/CPG, Automotive/transport.  I have seen examples of how digital Campaigns have been finetuned in real time leading to successful campaign performance, examples where Marketing teams have discovered unintended product uses which led to brand repositioning, discovery of new competition leading to reframing competitive context, emerging trends leading to innovation ideas, white space opportunities in categories and brand imagery weaknesses driving strategic transformation of brand positioning and communication platform and many other use cases.

When it comes to industry reports, the biggest challenge is where to start? what attributes to look at for own brand and competition. Clootrack helps identify exactly these gaps and in a scientific manner.
We used Clootrack for one of our Motorsport client, where we struggled at identifying the key attributes/drivers of the sport. With the help of Clootrack we were able to identify these attributes/drivers.

Not dislike, but potential for Clootrack exists to integrate with major listening/analytics tool

There were multiple things that made the engagement a success. To begin with it was the detailed manner in which the brief was taken by the Clootrack team, then the quick turn around time in which the report was completed and the in depth analysis of a large volume of data.

May not provide conclusive results in categories or cases where the volume of data available to analyse is few in quantum.

The solution delivered by Clootrack could be further improved by making the result realtime. But this is nice to have feature and not mandatory.
