**What do you like best about Clevero?**

I appreciate how Clevero combines automation and organization into one system, making our business operations faster and less stressful. It solves the problem of chaotic, manual, and disconnected business operations by centralizing and automating everything on one platform. This helps us make better decisions and improves client experience.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

My initial experience with Clevero was very complex. There were occasional performance issues, and I found the flexibility and integrations to be limited. Third-party tools seem to struggle with understanding and integrating with Clevero.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clevero centralizes and automates our chaotic and manual operations, combining automation and organization into one system, making business operations faster, less stressful, and improving client experience.

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

We run a small hot air balloon business. Clevero has helped us organize our passengers better, allowing us to plan our flying season in a much more organized way. We know exactly how many outstanding passengers we have at any given time and that allows us to plan how many new bookings we have capacity for each year.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

I can't think of anything that I would say I dislike about Clevero.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The major problems were tracking customer information, organization of customers into categories and tracking customers that needed follow up. Clevero allows us to see how many bookings passengers have had, how they paid, when they booked, if they have flown with us or not. So much information that we couldn't harness before using a CRM system. It has changed how our small business runs!

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

I find Clevero very easy to use for both our internal team and our patients. It's great that we can work with Clevero to add tailored features like the MMA, which is a standout feature in our industry. It has been a game changer in reducing admin time and makes the process more seamless for our patient care team, particularly in automating access to orders based on dosage instructions. We're happy with how Clevero helps us introduce new features regularly, especially compared to our previous product. Even though I wasn't personally involved in all the initial setup, Clevero has been great to work with, which has been really reassuring.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

Sometimes it can be quite slow to launch a new feature, but I don't think this is specific to Clevero. It seems to be just the reality of constantly needing more features and the time it generally takes to build these kinds of projects out. Clearer timelines on things could improve this process.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clevero as a patient portal where our team and patients can access treatment plans easily. It centralizes all patient information, reduces admin time with the MMA feature, and automates order access, making it user-friendly and efficient.

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

I like Clevero for its flexibility, as it lets us scale, change, and adapt on the fly without issues. The automation of customer communications when milestones are met is really helpful for us. I appreciate the document generator and e-signature functions which save us from costly DocuSign fees. Clevero integrates seamlessly with Xero, making invoicing smooth. The open API is a big plus, allowing us to integrate with third-party systems like external report writing tools easily. Clevero automatically creates the endpoints and authentication for third-party integrations, enabling us to create new records or modules and instantly integrate them with our tech stack. I also found the initial setup incredibly easy, especially with help from the Clevero team who handled the build and even data migration from Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

Cross table reporting features are in its infancy and could be more robust. I would need to be able to apply parent level conditional filters or criteria through the UI when reporting on the child entity data.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clevero automates customer communications, generates documents, and integrates with Xero for seamless invoicing. It also offers an open API for easy third-party integrations, which helps simplify our processes and reduces costs like Docusign fees.

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

Clevero is very easy to find your way around. Floor level staff required very little training and could easily complete their work. Office staff enjoyed the easy access to information and how simple it is to search for and filter data. It is also intuitive for a user level staff to customise the layout and add fields etc. without bothering our IT. Tech support was amazing too, the fastest response to questions I've ever had.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

Great on desktop and tablets, not so easy on a small phone screen.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking staff worked hours, fleet maintenance, costs and suppliers.

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

I really like that Clevero is a no-code solution, making it super easy to use. It's impressive that every setting or operation that seems impossible in other systems is possible with Clevero. It's almost like having an ERP-like system without needing much support, as I can manage it all by myself. I love using Clevero, and it caught my attention right from the start. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

I can't think of one.. maybe there are some of configuration that require code/script and you need to set here and there, maybe someday those can be improved so we can easily set it up

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clevero makes managing schedules, generating reports, and automating emails easy without needing code. It's like having an ERP system that I can manage on my own.

What stands out to me is how easy it is to use, yet it still offers a wide range of customization options and automation features. Additionally, support is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

The most challenging aspect is probably the learning curve involved in understanding the full depth of what the platform offers. However, the support team and the wider Clevero team are always willing to assist, which makes the process much easier.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to scale more effectively and efficiently. As a result, we have gained access to enhanced reporting, greater automation for tasks that previously required significant administrative effort, and an improved capacity to continue scaling as our organization grows.

**What do you like best about Clevero?**

Clevro’s integrated platform is enticing at first conceptualisation. Being able to have project management, invoicing of clients, and the ability to do administrative work all in one program was a relief. It made it easier to interact and lessen the back-and-forth between numerous applications.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

Reporting in Clevero is not very cohesive, as its reporting functionality is separated. It is not as useful in giving you an overall picture of your figures in different areas of your business. This makes it very hard to even gauge general performance and come up with more specific ways of drafting improvement.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clevro makes the complicated process of using many different applications less confusing. It helps in the management of the different projects and communication with the clients.I find stressful is the lack of detailed reporting that enables me to assess projects’ profit and the efficiency of the teams.

I really appreciate the ability to create different timelines and dashboards in it.

**What do you dislike about Clevero?**

Sometimes, data integration does not work with emails.

**What problems is Clevero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it is solving the issue to stay connected with my clients. Since I can visualize all my clients's pipelines there, it is easy for me to follow-up with them when needed.
