What do you like best about Cledara?

Cledara offers an intuitive interface that makes navigating transactions seamless while effectively consolidating all software subscriptions. It also enhances security and control by generating unique card credentials for each subscription, providing a certain degree of separation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cledara?

It was proposed as a one-stop solution for accounting needs, but its accuracy requires improvement. For example, its invoice capturing functionality is flawed, as it assigns invoices arbitrarily through email capture. This prevents transactions from being flagged as missing an invoice unless someone manually reviews them, leading to an inaccurate representation of the actual number of missing invoices. What problems is Cledara solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our biggest challenge was manually chasing business users for invoices on already paid transactions. Cledara was supposed to automate this with reminders, but that functionality has yet to work effectively. Its main benefit remains the unique card generation, rather than any advanced accounting capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi! Thanks so much for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the invoice capture feature isn’t working as expected. Please reach out to the Cledara support team—we’re here to help and would love to hear more about the issues you’ve faced so we can offer the right support.

We’ve recently made some improvements to invoice management, like centralizing it in 'My Tasks,' sending custom reminders for missing transactions (either for a specific subset or all), and the ability to track who’s connecting their inbox to automate the collection. We hope these updates can help.
