What do you like best about Clearstory?

Easy to use, very quick interface, creating and uploading process are very intuitive. I was suggested to do the training, but I've been fine without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

I honestly don't have any complaints, maybe the UX can be worked on a little bit, but it's no big deal in my eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use as owner side and easy to explain to subcontractors"

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Gives you great control over all your change orders. It's easy to identify if they are either approved, pending, or rejected. The summary Extracker creates whenever you export a change order log is the most useful tool to compare your total cost including the original contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Even when Extracker is easy to use, you can't customize some features that might be more accurate to your project. For example, Extracker lets you rearrange columns, and hide/unhide the ones you need in the CO Log; but you can't rename some column titles and/or add a new one. "Easiest way to track change orders"

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Tracking status of change orders for a job that I can share with our GC customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Entering a revision has been an issue. Sometimes I want to update a COR with a new revision, but it isn't clear exactly how to do it. In the past, I have overridden the number but now that doesn't work and it gives me an issue saying there's another COR with that name. Adding a #X.1 makes it unclear for everyone so I try to avoid that. But oftentimes we submit a revision that should override previous versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remote signing, removes traditional geographic and physical barriers allowing quicker processing and negotiation of T & M work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any application or program there are miniscule interface issues. Along with preference differences a more customizable interface would be helpful and the ability to edit signed tags (or at least revise). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Processing Change Orders as easy as processing submittals on your favorite platform."

What do you like best about Clearstory?

Visibility amongst all team members (General Contractor Team & Subcontractor Team) as to what changes are submitted, outstanding, approved, marked up for revision, rejected, etc.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstory?

Integration is not currently available for the SAP system that my company uses. This causes the need for double entry between the platforms. This isn't a deal breaker since the system saves time in all other aspects of the change order review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
