**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like most about Webex Suite is that it brings meetings, messaging, screen sharing, file sharing, polling, and collaboration together in one platform. As a teacher, I find the interactive features particularly useful for online classes, faculty meetings, presentations, and student engagement. The video and audio quality is reliable, and features such as polling and Q&A help make sessions more interactive. I also appreciate being able to continue communication and collaboration before and after a meeting without switching between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The main drawback for me is that Webex Suite can feel a little overwhelming because it offers so many features, and some settings take time to understand. The interface can occasionally feel less intuitive, especially for new users. I also find that some advanced features are available only on paid plans, which can be a limitation for smaller institutions or individual educators.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite helps solve the challenge of managing communication, online meetings, and student interaction across different platforms. As a teacher, I can use one platform for virtual classes, faculty meetings, presentations, messaging, polling, and Q&A. This saves time and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. The interactive features also help me engage students, collect quick feedback, and make online sessions more collaborative and effective.

  ### 3. Reliable video conferencing and project plaining suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra K. | Operations and Data Specialist | Software Tester, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

The primary advantage of Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stream stability, which consistently maintains clarity even during sudden bandwidth fluctuations. The layout interface within the Webex User Hub is well-structured and highly professional. It allows our operations team to schedule consecutive project alignments, define clear meeting agendas, and distribute static personal room links to our distributed team members with minimal administrative overhead.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The 40 minute duration restriction imposed on the free evaluation tier can disrupt deeper operational syncs or software validation walkthroughs if discussions extend past the limit. Furthermore, the standalone desktop application exhibits noticeable resource utilization and a slower initialization phase upon system startup. Optimizing the desktop client's load latency to match the responsiveness of the web browser interface would significantly improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite addresses communicational fragmentation by centralizing our virtual coordination, data pipeline planning, and platform evaluation benchmarks across distributed corporate structures. Previously, managing disparate meeting links across multiple channels compromised workflow continuity. By utilizing a dependable, unified hub, we have successfully minimized scheduling friction and ensued smooth, structured cross-team collaboration with external stakeholders.

  ### 4. Robust Collaboration Platform with Exceptional Audio and Video Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JAY P. | Devloper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like best is the superb audio and video clarity, which remains stable even when network connection drops. Their AI-powered background noise removal is outstanding and easily filters out home or office distractions during calls. Having meetings, messaging, and calling all integrated in one place is also highly convenient.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The desktop application can sometimes be heavy on system resources, causing minor delays or lag on older machines. Additionally, the joining process for external clients can sometimes be a bit slow if they are prompted to install the Webex client instead of joining instantly via the browser.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves our hybrid team's communication fragmentation. By providing a single, highly secure platform for all daily standups, webinars, and client meetings, it has reduced technical dropouts, saved us money on licensing multiple individual tools, and kept our distributed team aligned.

  ### 5. Efficient Meetings with Seamless Setup

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I use Webex Suite for hosting and attending meetings, especially those longer than 45 minutes. I love that it provides transcription and the option to record meetings. The ability to schedule messages is really helpful for managing my time, and I appreciate the built-in Cisco AI assistant that helps with many daily work problems. The initial setup was awesome and seamless, which made things easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Webex Suite can be improved by using AI to select and record only the important parts of a meeting. Also, the transcriptions are sometimes lengthy and not up to the mark.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Webex Suite for meeting transcriptions, scheduling, recording, and its AI assistant, which helps manage time and daily work issues.

  ### 6. Dependable All-in-One Collaboration with Webex Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prathyusha B. | Associate 2 , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Source: G2 invite:** Invitation from G2. This reviewer was not provided any incentive by G2 for completing this review.

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Webex Suite has been a dependable platform for managing meetings, team messaging, and business calls from a single application. We use it for sprint planning, client discussions, technical design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Features like screen sharing, meeting recordings, and persistent team spaces make it easy to collaborate without constantly switching between different communication tools.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The overall experience is solid, but navigating older meeting recordings or long chat histories could be more intuitive. I've also noticed that switching between devices during an active meeting occasionally takes a few extra seconds before audio and video reconnect properly. These are minor issues, but improving them would make the workflow smoother.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite has simplified communication for teams working across different locations. Instead of relying on multiple applications for messaging, meetings, and calling, everything is available in one workspace. Meeting recordings, shared files, and conversation history also make it easier for team members to catch up on discussions they couldn't attend, reducing repeated meetings and improving collaboration.

  ### 7. WebEx suite for secure, real-time technical collaboration and remote support.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Webex Suite is reliability and seamless integration of meetings, messaging, and file sharing, especially for technical collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I feel a bit cluttered especially when switching between meetings, chats and files.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite solves the challenges of seamless remote collaboration by integrating meetings, messaging, calling and content sharing in one platform.

  ### 8. Cisco WebEx Review

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Cisco WebEx Meeting has some great features like screen sharing in that request for control and also we can request for annotation also. One of the best features is we can join the same meeting through Laptop, Mobile app and from audio call (from toll-free number). We can create a whiteboard, lock meeting are some of the nice features of Cisco WebEx.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The GUI should be improved, and it takes time to start at the beginning of any meeting. Same with recording, it's not that clear. Unlike Teams, we can't get live subtitles for meetings, that should be improved I guess. Virtual background should be there in meetings, that will be a very great feature to add.

**Recommendations to others considering Webex Suite:**

If you have more users for screen sharing then it's very good to use. Using this Cisco WebEx for screen sharing will be great. If you use the meeting code or meeting link directly in the Cisco WebEx console, it will be easier to join the meeting for users. Basically, it's very nice to use for having meetings, audio conferences, video conferences, and screen sharing and taking remote control of the presenter's screen is very easy.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has good features to remind or invite someone to the meeting by mail directly. Screen sharing remote is very good. HD Conferencing feature has benefited most while having a conference. Having breakout sessions is also a good feature. One of the features to assign or change roles is good, that we can change the role of host or co-host to any user.

  ### 9. All Your Collaboration Tools United with Brilliant AI Audio and Ironclad Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghav h. | Sales And Marketing Intern, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Current User:** The reviewer uploaded a screenshot or submitted the review in-app verifying them as current user.

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What makes the Webex Suite truly stand out in a crowded market of collaboration tools is its ability to seamlessly weave every essential communication channel into a single, cohesive ecosystem. Instead of forcing teams to juggle separate subscriptions and open dozens of tabs for video conferencing, team messaging, cloud calling, polling, and event management, Webex brings it all under one roof. This unified approach does not just cut down on software fatigue; it radically transforms daily workflows. You can start a morning brainstorm in a persistent team space, immediately pivot into a high-definition video call with a single click, and seamlessly transition that exact conversation to your mobile phone as you step out the door for lunch—all without missing a beat or dropping the call.
Beyond its sheer convenience, the absolute crown jewel of the platform is its industry-leading audio and video intelligence. In an era where hybrid work is the norm, the unpredictability of background environments is a constant headache. Webex solves this beautifully with incredibly advanced, AI-powered noise removal. Whether a colleague is dealing with a barking dog, a roaring lawnmower right outside their window, or the clanging echo of a busy local coffee shop, the system dynamically isolates the human voice and completely zeroes out the distracting background noise. It makes virtual meetings feel less like a technological compromise and more like an intimate, face-to-face conversation. Furthermore, the integration of Slido natively into the meeting interface completely changes the dynamic of team engagement. Instead of passive listeners staring at slides, meetings become interactive workshops driven by real-time polls, dynamic word clouds, and anonymous Q&A sessions that give everyone a voice.
From an administrative and organizational standpoint, the upsides are just as compelling. Webex treats security not as an afterthought or a premium add-on, but as a foundational pillar. With robust end-to-end encryption and deeply granular compliance controls, organizations can share sensitive data, collaborate on proprietary projects, and host high-profile webinars with complete peace of mind. Managing the platform is remarkably straightforward as well; IT administrators get a single, intuitive dashboard to monitor call quality, track user adoption, and troubleshoot network performance globally. Ultimately, Webex Suite succeeds because it stops viewing collaboration as a series of isolated digital tasks. By blending ironclad security, pristine audio engineering, and effortless cross-platform connectivity, it creates a digital workspace where teams can actually focus on doing their best work together, no matter where they happen to be sitting.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

While Webex Suite provides an incredibly robust, secure environment for enterprise collaboration, it is far from perfect, and navigating its ecosystems presents a distinct set of frustrations. The most glaring drawback for many day-to-day users is the sheer heaviness of the application interface, which often translates into significant resource drainage. Because Cisco has packed so many disparate features—from enterprise VoIP calling and team messaging to heavy-duty webinar hosting and polling—into a singular platform, the software can feel bloated and sluggish. On older laptops or devices with limited RAM, launching the app or transitioning between tabs can feel agonizingly slow. This high system overhead frequently leads to unexpected lag spikes, delayed notifications, and a noticeable strain on device performance that simply doesn’t occur with leaner, more agile competitors.
From an onboarding and usability perspective, the platform suffers from a surprisingly steep learning curve. The user interface can feel overly dense and counterintuitive, particularly for casual users or external clients trying to join a meeting. Cisco’s historic enterprise DNA shines through in all the wrong ways here, as menus are often buried under layers of settings, and layout configurations can change unpredictably between desktop updates. Simple actions, like locating a specific shared file in a space or configuring audio output devices, frequently require more clicks than necessary. This complexity often triggers massive friction when trying to collaborate with external vendors or clients who aren't familiar with the ecosystem, resulting in the first ten minutes of crucial meetings being wasted on troubleshooting connection or layout issues.
For the teams responsible for deploying and funding the platform, the administrative and financial realities present a major downside. The initial setup and ongoing backend management are notoriously complex, often demanding a dedicated IT professional with specialized Cisco training just to configure features properly. While the unified Control Hub dashboard offers massive amounts of data, the sheer volume of metrics can lead to analysis paralysis. Furthermore, the licensing and pricing structures are heavily skewed toward large corporations. Smaller teams and growing startups often find the pricing prohibitive, especially since many advanced AI features, premium events features, or hardware integrations require upgrading to costlier tiers. When you couple this rigid pricing model with occasional glitches in the mobile application—where push notifications fail to sync or calls drop during network switches—it becomes clear that while Webex Suite is a powerhouse for massive enterprises, its heavy footprint, complex design, and high cost can make it a clunky, frustrating experience for the average user.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At its core, Webex Suite directly addresses the fragmented, inefficient nature of modern workplace communication by eliminating the chaos of "app sprawl." Before adopting the suite, teams frequently suffered from severe context switching—wasting time hopping between disconnected apps for chat, video calls, phone systems, and polling. Webex solves this by combining these eight separate workflows into a single, cohesive platform. It bridges the gap between hybrid and remote workers by providing AI-powered features like real-time translation, automated meeting summaries, and advanced background noise removal, which ensures that external environments don't hinder productivity.
For users, these solutions yield immediate, tangible benefits. Having messaging, calling, and video in one place streamlines communication, keeping projects moving efficiently between scheduled meetings. The automated AI summaries act as a massive time-saver, allowing team members to quickly catch up on missed discussions and clearly extract assigned action items without reviewing hours of video. Furthermore, because it is built on Cisco's highly secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure, it resolves critical compliance and data privacy headaches. Ultimately, it delivers a stable, reliable environment where distributed teams can focus entirely on collaboration rather than troubleshooting their software.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like most about Webex Suite is how reliable its video conferencing and collaboration features are. The audio and video quality stay consistently strong, screen sharing runs smoothly, and the built-in messaging and meeting tools make it easy to work with my team in one place.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

One thing I dislike about Webex Suite is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users, because there are so many features packed in. During larger meetings, it can also use a fair amount of system resources, which sometimes impacts performance on older devices.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite solves the challenge of keeping teams connected and productive, whether they’re working remotely or across different locations. It combines meetings, messaging, and collaboration tools in one platform, which makes it easier to communicate, share ideas, and get work done efficiently without constantly switching between multiple apps.

  ### 11. Efficient Remote Collaboration, Minor Connectivity Issues

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I like how easy to use Webex Suite is, making communication and collaboration very convenient. The meeting quality is good, and I find features like screen sharing, messaging, and file sharing really help me work efficiently in a team. Screen sharing simplifies explaining technical issues and demonstrating things during meetings. Messaging allows me to communicate quick updates without needing to schedule a meeting. File sharing lets me share documents and work-related information seamlessly with my team. Together, these features save time and make collaboration much more effective.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I'm generally quite satisfied with Webex Suite. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The performance can be an issue when the internet connection is unstable, as it sometimes affects the audio or video quality. It would also be helpful if the interface were more intuitive and lightweight.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite solves communication and collaboration challenges when we work remotely, making it convenient and efficient.

  ### 12. Streamlined Collaboration with Feature-Rich Webex Suite

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like most about Webex Suite is having meetings, messaging, and collaboration features all in one platform. The interface is easy to navigate, and features like screen sharing, whiteboard, and file sharing make remote teamwork more interactive. I also find the AI meeting features useful for capturing notes and summaries, which reduces the amount of manual follow-up after meetings. Having everything in one platform helps our team work across locations without relying on separate applications, and it makes remote collaboration easier by keeping ongoing discussions and files organized.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I find that configuring advanced settings takes too long for our specific business workflows. The features like integrations, meeting controls, and admin options require a lot of time to set up. Also, pricing can become an issue when upgrading to higher plans for features like AI assistant, larger meetings, and more recording capabilities. I wish there was more flexibility to choose only the features our team needs, as it would make the value easier to justify.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Webex Suite to streamline business collaboration by combining meetings, messaging, and collaboration tools. It reduces tool switching and makes remote teamwork easier. The AI features help capture meeting notes efficiently, reducing manual follow-up efforts.

  ### 13. Great features, with excellent AI features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I primarily use Webex Suite to attend online lectures and participate in class sessions. The features I use regularly are the scheduled meeting links provided by instructors, audio/video conferencing, screen sharing, and the chat panel for questions and answers. The platform is really stable, and can handle long meeting hours reliably without disconnections.
The UI is not immediately intuitive, but is functional, and is easy to use once the screen layout settings are located.
As a student, my use case is fairly straightforward, so I haven't needed to use Webex Suite's integrations with other applications. Most of my experience has been with its conferencing, messaging, and collaboration features.
My onboarding experience was minimal, since joining meetings only requires clicking a link. No formal setup or training was required to start attending classes. I have not needed to contact Webex Suite's support team as I have not encountered any significant issues during my use of the platform.
The AI features for transcription are great, and help me pick up as English is not my first language, and helps me understand the speakers more as it is written.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

What I dislike about Webex Suite is mainly related to the user interface and overall ease of navigation. Sometimes the layout may feel cluttered, especially during live classes, when multiple controls like chat, participants, and settings are spread across different sections. This makes it slightly hard to quickly find specific options during a session.
While it works reliably for attending online classes, it doesn't feel very lightweight or intuitive for a first-time user, so there is a slight learning curve before getting comfortable with it.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite addresses remote classroom connectivity by offering a single platform for live lectures, class discussions, and screen sharing. For me, it means I can attend all my classes virtually without juggling separate tools for video, audio, or communication. It’s been especially helpful for attending lectures, accessing recordings, collaborating with classmates, and keeping up with course material. I’ve also found the platform reliable, and its AI-powered meeting summaries let me spend less time taking detailed notes and more time focusing on understanding what’s being discussed.

  ### 14. Simplifying Teamwork with One Unified Platform

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

1. Real-time transcription and translation.
2. Meeting summaries, including clear action items.
3. Noise removal with voice enhancement for better audio clarity.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The user interface can sometimes feel less intuitive than I’d expect, which makes certain tasks take longer to figure out. Performance also isn’t always consistent, so the experience can vary from one use to the next. Finally, the messaging features aren’t as strong as those offered by competitors, and they could use improvement to feel more complete.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like best about Webex Suite is how it brings meetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration into one platform, making communication much smoother for teams. The audio and video quality are reliable even during large meetings, and features like screen sharing, recordings, breakout rooms, and real-time collaboration make remote work much more efficient. It’s also highly secure and integrates well with enterprise environments, which is especially useful for organizations handling large-scale or client-facing communication.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

One issue I’ve noticed is that, updates occasionally change settings or layouts, so it takes time to adjust. The UI can also feel a bit more corporate and less intuitive for first-time users. Overall it’s reliable, but the experience is can be better if it is updated with a lighter and more modern interface, faster performance during large meetings.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite is solving the problem of scattered communication by bringing meetings, messaging, calling, and collaboration into a single platform. It helps teams stay connected easily, especially in remote or hybrid work environments, without constantly switching between different apps. This improves productivity, speeds up communication, and makes collaboration smoother during client discussions, team meetings, and project coordination. The biggest benefit is having a reliable all-in-one communication platform that keeps work organized and accessible from anywhere.

I appreciate the screen sharing, chat, and file sharing options as they provide efficient teamwork. Its easy interface and strong security features help create a very communicative environment.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Some aspects of Webex Suite where performance and user interface could see improvements. Sometimes, meetings might freeze or utilize excessive system processes on older devices. Other collaboration platforms may feel simpler and easier to new users than the interface does. Having to deal with audio or connectivity issues from time to time in a big meeting is boring and the customization options could be better.

I use Webex Suite for meetings and communication from afar. It can solve all my issue sending messages and files and screen share. It minimizes need for travel, prevent delays in your decisions, and organizes virtual meetings for better productivity and teamwork.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

The AI features in Webex have been a game changer for our team. The automatic meeting summaries and action item detection alone have saved us hours of manual note-taking every week. Webex Calling has completely replaced our traditional phone system and delivered a far superior experience at a significantly lower cost.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The mobile app experience is noticeably inferior to the desktop version. Several key features available on desktop are either missing or limited on mobile, which is frustrating for users who rely heavily on their smartphones for work. The occasional crashes and slow loading times on mobile can be particularly disruptive during important meetings.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

With Webex meetings usually run stable without much disturbance, which helps during client discussions. Screen sharing works smoothly and makes it easier to explain points clearly. Chat and recording features also help when revisiting discussions later, especially when multiple meetings happen in a day.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

There are times when the interface feels a bit heavy and not very intuitive, especially while switching between features during a live meeting. Occasional lag happens in longer calls or when network is not strong. Some settings and controls also take time to find, which slows things down during quick discussions.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex has helped in managing daily client and team meetings without any dependency on physical meetings. All discussions, screen sharing, and follow-ups stay in one place, which makes coordination easier. **What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I really appreciate how Webex Suite resolved most of my meeting issues, especially when I had trouble with Teams. The ability to easily connect and collaborate across teams was a game-changer. The call quality was reliable and consistent, even on variable connections. I find that the screen sharing and recording capabilities work well, and the technical walkthrough is easy to follow. Integration with enterprise directory services is on point as well. The connection is always spot on—good quality, clear, and precise—and that really helps us avoid technical hitches. The streaming is smooth and everything just goes fine. Also, the stability of the platform is okay. These features and the platform's overall reliability make Webex valuable to me and my team, and we're thinking of continuing with Webex to prevent any future technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The interface could feel a bit dated compared to Teams or Zoom. The desktop app is quite resource heavy, which can be disruptive in some calls. The initial setup wasn't too straightforward, spending a bit of time on the technical walkthrough since it wasn't as straightforward as Teams. It felt outdated, and I wish it could be more user-friendly like Teams or Zoom.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite resolved meeting issues, enabling cross-team collaboration with consistent call quality even on variable connections. The screen sharing and recording features work well. It's a reliable, secure enterprise communication platform, overcoming issues I had with Teams.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I love that Webex Suite is reliable and easy to use. The video and audio quality are consistently excellent, and I can join meetings quickly and simply. I also appreciate having messaging, file sharing, and meetings all integrated into a single platform, which makes collaboration more efficient. The clean interface and stable performance really help my team stay productive without unnecessary interruptions. Additionally, having all our communication in one place makes it easier to avoid missed messages. High-quality video meetings and screen sharing help us collaborate effectively, and integrating messaging, file sharing, and meetings saves our team a lot of time. It keeps everyone on the same page, speeds up decision-making, and reduces confusion, making collaboration much more organized.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Overall, my experience with Webex Suite has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The application can occasionally feel slow when switching between features, especially during larger meetings. I would also like to see faster loading times, a more modern interface in some sections, and smoother performance on lower-end devices. Improving notification management and making a few settings easier to find would also enhance the overall user experience. One improvement I would like to see is better performance optimization for slower internet connections and lower-end devices. It would also be helpful to have more customization options for notifications and the interface, along with smarter AI-powered meeting summaries and task management features. Faster updates, improved search functionality, and an even more intuitive user experience would make Webex Suite more efficient for daily collaboration.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Webex Suite consolidates communication, prevents me from missing messages, and supports my remote work, enhancing my team's connectivity and productivity. It integrates messaging, file sharing, and meetings, which facilitates our seamless collaboration and faster decision-making, reducing delays.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I love most about Webex Suite is its strong security and privacy. It also offers good audio and video quality, and makes it easy to share the screen and control meetings. I appreciate that it works across many devices and integrates with other applications. Additionally, the initial setup is quite easy, and the process is straightforward, with everything pretty well guided.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I think for Webex, the login problems, including SS or activation issues, are supposed to get improved. Audio and video problems are there, such as echo and disconnections. There are also sound and messaging issues, like sending messages failing or delays. Meeting issues like wrong link, wrong time zone, or browser crashes sometimes occur. So these are certain issues I feel like are supposed to get improved.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Webex Suite to solve my remote work challenges by providing a single platform for meetings, messaging, calling, and file sharing.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Meetings feel stable for work calls - audio and screen share usually “just works,” even on flaky Wi‑Fi. Having meetings, chat, and calling in one place cuts tool sprawl when my org standardizes on Cisco. Admin/security expectations matter here too: retention, controls, and enterprise polish are reasons teams pick Webex.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The interface can feel busy compared to simpler apps - finding the right toggle (layout, devices, breakout rooms) isn’t always instant for newcomers. Invite links and joining flows vary depending on setup (browser vs desktop vs SSO), which confuses guests sometimes. On older laptops it can feel heavier than lighter-weight meeting apps.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves distributed collaboration with guardrails: scheduled meetings, messaging threads tied to real work, and phone/video when email isn’t enough. I benefit from fewer “which link?” emergencies because IT owns the rollout, and recordings/transcripts help people catch up without repeating everything live.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

The best thing about Webex Suite is that it incorporates meetings, messaging, and calling into one integrated system, making collaboration smoother than ever before. Rather than having to switch between several applications, all functions are integrated into one tool, allowing for more efficient communication and organization.
The high reliability and good audio/video quality, especially when hosting large meetings and in low bandwidth environments, are other great qualities of this application. In addition, the artificial intelligence capabilities, such as noise cancellation and meeting summarization, enhance its functionality and add significant value.
As a result, it is a reliable and safe environment that facilitates collaboration both internally and externally.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

One of the major cons about Webex Suite is the lack of intuitiveness and user-friendly nature of the interface due to which navigating across various elements such as meetings, messages, and settings might take additional time.

In addition, one of the important factors that affect the quality of the application is its performance; it might seem heavy, sluggish, with some delay or loading issues in the high volume of use and low bandwidth.

Finally, some of the functionalities within the application might be somewhat complicated, for example, configuring certain elements and using the application from a mobile device.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite mainly addresses the challenge of fragmented communication across various platforms by integrating all meetings, messaging, calls, and collaboration functions within one consolidated platform. This makes communication easier because it eliminates the need to switch from one application to another, making it convenient and reducing chances of confusion for team collaboration.

The advantages of using Webex Suite have been experienced in improving our collaboration processes. This tool enables us to make quicker and faster communication that results in informed decision-making and effective workflow management because it allows us to consolidate all processes into one. It also facilitates remote working processes through interactive real-time collaboration.

I specifically rely on the automated meeting summaries and action item generation. In our department, we often have back-to-back sessions, and being able to catch up on a missed 30-minute call by reading a 2-paragraph summary is a game changer. The Cisco AI Codec also keeps the audio crystal clear even when I'm working on a spotty home Wi-Fi connection, which was a major pain point with our previous tool.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Management of notifications across devices could be smoother. I sometimes find that I'll get a 'ping' on my desktop and mobile simultaneously even when I'm actively typing on my computer. I’d also like more granular control over rollover calls; currently, when my colleagues’ lines roll over to me, the ringing can be quite disruptive when I'm already deep in a separate task.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: As a project Manager, I spend 80% of my day in meetings, which left me no time to actually write up notes or track action items. I was constantly worried about missing key details while trying to facilitate the discussion.

The Benefit: The Webex AI Assistant has solved this by providing automated, high-accuracy summaries and 'Catch Me Up' highlights. I am more present in my meetings because I’m not frantically taking notes, and my stakeholders receive polished follow-up emails immediately after the call ends.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I use Webex Suite every day at work for making over 70 outbound calls, and it's helpful in tracking each call and the time spent. I like how easy it is to copy and paste a phone number, so I can make lots of calls each day without manually typing in numbers. This feature helps me hit my call goals faster and save time on each call. The setup was pretty simple, and even after four years, I find it very easy to use and get accustomed to.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I wish I could silence all rollovers from my coworkers. It feels like my phone is constantly ringing from rollovers and it is loud when I'm on a call. I would love an option to silence all rollover calls, still have them pop up on my screen, but not make any noise.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite helps track each call, its duration, and supports rollovers if coworkers miss a call. It lets me hit my call goals faster by allowing quick copying and pasting of phone numbers.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Webex Suite is good and the UI feels very similar to Microsoft Teams, but it still lacks some basic utilities. The Whiteboard integration is really helpful for quick brainstorming sessions and makes it easy to capture ideas on the fly. That said, video calls need a better upgrade, as the overall experience could be smoother. The quick calling feature is available, but I think it should be named something clearer, like Meet or similar, so it’s easier to understand at a glance. AppHub integration is also really helpful, especially the GitHub integration, since it lets me get quick insights without switching contexts. Premium plan is also reasonable but its not good ROI considering pricing of almost 100$.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Need better call and support for web meetings, Along with audio and video well versed and covered. Vidcast seems to be forced on users which is no need for private meetings and org level Video and meetings platform. AI agent need more refinement.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and free setup which is best for smaller teams and fast setup. Also engaging with smaller group of people.

Webex is a robust and capable solution for remote communication and collaboration. It works well across a wide range of devices, making it easier to stay connected and communicate effectively with business partners and providers. I like the different tools it offers for video meetings. screen sharing and remote assistance.

While Webex Suite offers a strong set of collaboration features, there are a few areas that could be improved. The application can occasionally feel resource-intensive, especially during large meetings or when multiple collaboration features are used simultaneously. Some advanced settings and administrative controls have a learning curve for new users. Additionally, integrations with certain third-party tools could be more seamless, and occasional connectivity or audio/video quality issues may occur in environments with unstable internet connections. Enhancing performance optimization and simplifying some configuration options would further improve the overall user experience.

I use Webex Suite to solve communication and collaboration challenges. **What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I love how Webex Suite is our primary tool for daily sync-ups across different global departments because of its very stable video and audio quality. I appreciate that it completely solves the issue of communication gaps across global, remote teams by combining chat, video, and whiteboarding in one place. The flawless screen sharing and remote control capabilities are fantastic for diagnosing technical issues quickly. What I like most about Webex Suite is its exceptional audio and video stability, even during high-traffic enterprise meetings. The AI-powered background noise removal feature is also fantastic as it filters out distracting sounds perfectly, allowing us to stay focused during busy support calls. The integration capabilities are impressive, with smooth connections to MS Outlook and our daily calendar tools, making meeting scheduling a breeze. The initial setup was super easy because it was already packaged in our corporate system.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Webex Suite can sometimes be a bit heavy on system resources, especially during startup or when running multiple large scale corporate calls simultaneously on older hardware. I think optimizing the desktop app to use less RAM and CPU would make the overall user experience much smoother.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

What I like most about Webex Suite is how it brings everything I need for collaboration into one place. Instead of jumping between different apps for meetings, messaging, and file sharing, it’s all integrated and easy to access.

The meeting experience is also very reliable and smooth. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and the ability to quickly join from a calendar invite make it really convenient, especially when working with teams remotely.

Another thing I appreciate is the AI features like meeting summaries and transcripts. They make it much easier to catch up on discussions if you miss something or join late. Overall, it just makes communication with colleagues feel more organised and efficient without being complicated to use.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

One thing I don’t really like about Webex Suite is that the interface can sometimes feel a bit cluttered and not as intuitive as it could be. When you’re trying to quickly find certain settings or features during a meeting, it can take a few extra clicks, which can be frustrating.

I’ve also noticed that joining meetings can occasionally feel slower compared to some other platforms, especially if the app needs to update or load plugins. Sometimes the desktop app and web version behave slightly differently as well, which can be confusing.

Another minor issue is that notifications and messages can be easy to miss when there are multiple spaces or threads active. It would be nice if there were clearer ways to prioritise or organise conversations. Overall it works well, but the user experience could feel a bit smoother and simpler.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the biggest benefit is efficiency. I can quickly schedule or join meetings, message colleagues, and share screens or documents from the same place. It helps keep communication organised, especially when working with teams remotely or across different departments.

It also helps reduce missed information. Features like meeting recordings, transcripts, and summaries make it easier to revisit discussions or catch up if you couldn’t attend a meeting. Overall, it makes collaboration smoother and helps teams stay connected and productive even when they’re not in the same location.

Screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, and scheduling further add to the collaboration features. It can be used for internal communications as well as for client communications.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The user interface feels a bit heavy. It is not very intuitive, especially compared to other new-age tools. It is not very easy to switch from messaging to meetings to calling. It also takes some time and technical expertise to use some of the advanced features.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I like how Webex Suite is very convenient to join meetings. It's great to get reminders via email, which helps me keep track of our daily meetings with the America team. The platform also feels secure, especially when I'm connected for discussing and sharing high-level data. The flexible database and ease of use are other aspects I appreciate, as they're easy to understand even for someone new to the platform. Compared to Zoom, I find Webex Suite to be quite convenient for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

There's always a room for improvement. I believe, like, we generally connect over the laptops and computers of our company. But what if they get an opportunity to have more clarity on our personal mobiles, as for me, like, we do have we can't share, our phones are quite locked with security just because we do use high repetitions confidential things. So maybe I haven't tried over the phone. So I think there is a chance where I should look into the phone services.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Webex Suite for meetings; it's easy to join, sends helpful reminders, and is secure. It's also aesthetically pleasing and simple to understand, even for new users.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

Webex has great collaboration capabilities. I like its strong security and native AI features. In my experience, the audio and video quality are high, and it performs very well even on low bandwidth.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I feel the user interface is cluttered and not very intuitive. During meetings, some unnecessary pop-ups take up space on the screen and get in the way. A few settings are also hidden, which makes it time-consuming to search for them whenever I need to make changes. Pricing-wise, it’s on the higher side as well, so small businesses may not be able to afford it.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s an all-in-one solution. A single subscription includes video conferencing, messaging, and webinar capabilities. All data is kept in a centralized place, which eliminates the need to store and manage files separately. Its native AI feature summarizes meetings, which enhances team productivity. Overall, my experience is that it reduces app fatigue, makes global collaboration easier, and supports frictionless hybrid work.

The audio/video quality is also a major plus, making my meetings and training sessions smooth and clear. I appreciate how easy it is to access everything with enhanced security compared to other options like Google Meet and Zoom. The scale of members it supports is impressive, though I mostly value the secure environment and high video quality it offers without a hefty price tag. Additionally, the calendar connection is just awesome; it efficiently keeps track of my meetings and schedules them for me. The setup was quite straightforward, and I found both the Windows and Android applications easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Recording playback, honestly the only issue I faced since I've started using this... Is that accessing recorded sessions are very secure but sometimes they just don't work.. so that is an area of improvement.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite offers great audio/video quality, secure large-scale meetings, and real-time translation, which I love. The captions feature is so accurate that I often rely on it alone. The calendar connection helps manage my schedules efficiently.

I appreciate the strong security and stable performance it provides, which is very important for our daily operations. It helps us handle virtual meetings, messaging, file sharing, and project coordination all in one platform, improving productivity and making remote collaboration easier. It would be better if the experience was more lightweight and easier to navigate at first use. I would like to see a simpler home screen with fewer options upfront so new users are not overwhelmed. A more guided setup or onboarding flow would also help people understand the main features faster. Improving performance on lower-end devices and reducing the number of clicks needed to join meetings or find chats would make the overall experience smoother and more efficient.
