**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

So far, I have been using the Webex Suite for meetings among internal employees, interactions with customers, problem-solving with customer, and general team collaboration, either as a regular user of from an administrator standpoint. My over all experience with this application has been quite positive, particularly in a corporate context where quality and stability are paramount.

One important strength of the Webex Suite lies in its ability to maintain stability in long meetings and screen shares. On a daily basis, we make various customer calls, conduct technical bridges, and have our internal meeting, and this sofware ensures that there are no issues with smooth audio/video communication, even if several users aresharing their screens and showing materials at the same time.

The performance of the Webex is superior to whar we observed in other similar products we looked at before.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

There has been nothing much to point out as a weakness in relation to the Webex Suite when performing our daily tasks, During the setup process of the Webex Suite, a few more advanced setups had to be made that took more time. Once set up properly, the system ran flawlessly.

All in all, the solution has proved to be very reliable in providing us a collaborative solution.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Webex Suite, we were able to consolidate all our collaboration need, like meeting, team communications, screen sharing, into one place. The tool has allowed us to minimize reliance on ither platforms.

The software made it easier for us to coordinate between teams on areas whare customer internations, techinal troubleshooting, remote assistance, and operational meetings were necessary. Efficient audio and video communication, screen sharing, and easy meeting management have played their part.

In general, the tool has facilitated better collaboration, eliminated communication gaps, and increased productivity among technical and support teams.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I have been using Webex Suite regularly for internal meetings, customer discussions, technical troubleshooting sessions, and teal collaboration activities, both as and end user and form an administration perspective. Overall, the experience has been very positive, especially in enterprise environments where stability, security, and meeting quality are important. What i like most about Webex suite is the reliability during  long meetings and screen-sharing sessions. IN our daily operations, we conduct multiple customer calls, technical bridge calls, and internal coordination meetings, and the platform handles audio/video communications very smoothly even when multiple participants are sharing screens or presenting content. Compared to some other meeting platforms we tested earlier, Webex feels more stable for professional and business-focused usage.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about Webex Suite in our daily usage. During the initial setup, some advanced admin settings and integrations required a little time to fully understand, but once configured properly, the platform became very smooth and reliable for regular operations. Overall, the experience has been stable, professional, and very positive for both users and administrators.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite helped us centralized meetings, team communication, scree sharing, and collaboration into a single platform, which reduced dependency on multiple tools. It improved coordination between teams, especially during customer discussion, technical troubleshooting calls, and remote support activities. The stable meeting experience, easy scheduling, and reliable screen sharing have saved time in daily operations and improved overall productivity for our team. The UI is clean and practical for daily use. Features like background noise removal, meeting recording, breakout rooms, chat, reactions, whiteboarding, and screen sharing work very well without creating unnecessary complexity for users. One feature that has genuinely helped our team is the AI-powered meeting assistance and automatic meeting summaries because it reduces the effort required to manually capture points after long technical calls.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I really appreciate how Webex Suite resolved most of my meeting issues, especially when I had trouble with Teams. The ability to easily connect and collaborate across teams was a game-changer. The call quality was reliable and consistent, even on variable connections. I find that the screen sharing and recording capabilities work well, and the technical walkthrough is easy to follow. Integration with enterprise directory services is on point as well. The connection is always spot on—good quality, clear, and precise—and that really helps us avoid technical hitches. The streaming is smooth and everything just goes fine. Also, the stability of the platform is okay. These features and the platform's overall reliability make Webex valuable to me and my team, and we're thinking of continuing with Webex to prevent any future technical issues.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

The interface could feel a bit dated compared to Teams or Zoom. The desktop app is quite resource heavy, which can be disruptive in some calls. The initial setup wasn't too straightforward, spending a bit of time on the technical walkthrough since it wasn't as straightforward as Teams. It felt outdated, and I wish it could be more user-friendly like Teams or Zoom.

Meetings feel stable for work calls  - audio and screen share usually “just works,” even on flaky Wi‑Fi. Having meetings, chat, and calling in one place cuts tool sprawl when my org standardizes on Cisco. Admin/security expectations matter here too: retention, controls, and enterprise polish are reasons teams pick Webex.

The interface can feel busy compared to simpler apps - finding the right toggle (layout, devices, breakout rooms) isn’t always instant for newcomers. Invite links and joining flows vary depending on setup (browser vs desktop vs SSO), which confuses guests sometimes. On older laptops it can feel heavier than lighter-weight meeting apps.

The best thing about Webex Suite is that it incorporates meetings, messaging, and calling into one integrated system, making collaboration smoother than ever before. Rather than having to switch between several applications, all functions are integrated into one tool, allowing for more efficient communication and organization.
The high reliability and good audio/video quality, especially when hosting large meetings and in low bandwidth environments, are other great qualities of this application. In addition, the artificial intelligence capabilities, such as noise cancellation and meeting summarization, enhance its functionality and add significant value.
As a result, it is a reliable and safe environment that facilitates collaboration both internally and externally.

One of the major cons about Webex Suite is the lack of intuitiveness and user-friendly nature of the interface due to which navigating across various elements such as meetings, messages, and settings might take additional time.

In addition, one of the important factors that affect the quality of the application is its performance; it might seem heavy, sluggish, with some delay or loading issues in the high volume of use and low bandwidth.

Finally, some of the functionalities within the application might be somewhat complicated, for example, configuring certain elements and using the application from a mobile device.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I specifically rely on the automated meeting summaries and action item generation. In our department, we often have back-to-back sessions, and being able to catch up on a missed 30-minute call by reading a 2-paragraph summary is a game changer. The Cisco AI Codec also keeps the audio crystal clear even when I'm working on a spotty home Wi-Fi connection, which was a major pain point with our previous tool.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

Management of notifications across devices could be smoother. I sometimes find that I'll get a 'ping' on my desktop and mobile simultaneously even when I'm actively typing on my computer. I’d also like more granular control over rollover calls; currently, when my colleagues’ lines roll over to me, the ringing can be quite disruptive when I'm already deep in a separate task.

**What do you like best about Webex Suite?**

I use Webex Suite every day at work for making over 70 outbound calls, and it's helpful in tracking each call and the time spent. I like how easy it is to copy and paste a phone number, so I can make lots of calls each day without manually typing in numbers. This feature helps me hit my call goals faster and save time on each call. The setup was pretty simple, and even after four years, I find it very easy to use and get accustomed to.

**What do you dislike about Webex Suite?**

I wish I could silence all rollovers from my coworkers. It feels like my phone is constantly ringing from rollovers and it is loud when I'm on a call. I would love an option to silence all rollover calls, still have them pop up on my screen, but not make any noise.

**What problems is Webex Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webex Suite helps track each call, its duration, and supports rollovers if coworkers miss a call. It lets me hit my call goals faster by allowing quick copying and pasting of phone numbers.
