Everyone has the same professional signature style, while photos and banners can be easily updated for current campaigns. What’s even better is that everything can still be customized individually, but without employees having to manage it themselves — all settings are handled centrally. It saves time and keeps communication consistent across the whole company. **What do you dislike about Chillisign?** What I liked less was that the initial setup took quite a while. However, I was happy to be the guinea pig for testing, as it also gave me the opportunity to learn something new. There are occasional glitches, but they are usually resolved reasonably quickly. The only persisting issue we had was with photo uploads via Google Workspace, but I think we’ve now figured out the best way to handle that. **What problems is Chillisign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a consistent and professional presentation of our company across all employee email signatures. Among the providers we shortlisted, ChilliSign offered the best price-to-performance ratio for our needs. It gives us central control over signatures, banners and photos, while still allowing individual customization when needed. This saves us time and helps keep our communication consistent across the company. ### 2. It's incredibly simple to decide which teams or departments see which banner, and updating a campaign for the whole company takes just a couple of clicks - employees don't have to do anything. The Microsoft Entra integration together with the sync app means signatures deploy and update automatically, so the whole thing basically runs itself. **What do you dislike about Chillisign?** Nothing significant, really. The initial rollout - connecting Entra and installing the sync app across the company - took a bit of coordination with our IT team, but that was a one-time effort. Since then it has been smooth sailing and we're genuinely satisfied. **What problems is Chillisign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the chaos of inconsistent signatures - before, everyone had their own version and updates never happened. Now every email is on-brand automatically, and we've turned signatures into an extra marketing channel with promotional banners reaching clients we already communicate with. Thanks to the Pipedrive integration, this also covers emails sent from our CRM, so even sales communication carries our current campaigns. ### 3.
